Sunrise Central

This condo is fabulously decorated & provides wonderful views of the ocean. The owners didn't leave out one detail for a delightful, comfortable stay! The location is right on the beach near shopping, grocery & dining. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming! The sunrises are incredulous. We completely enjoyed our month here. Everything one could need

We stayed for 5 weeks and got a good feel for the area. This was the most well-stocked property we have ever visited. Surfboard, sand toys, sunscreen, books, beach chairs, umbrella, toiletries, washer and dryer, spices, etc, etc. It is right on the beach and we also enjoyed watching multiple Cape Canaveral launches, both day and night, from the community deck. It is the most friendly condo community we have visited. We were immediately welcomed as friends, and not interloping tourists as in some other areas. It was quiet and we felt safe. We have re-booked for next year.

Beautiful and updated condo

This property was right on the beach and had beautiful views from the kitchen and living room. The condo was spacious and I'd recommend.

We have lived in Oklahoma all of our lives and traveled to many beaches. I visited Sea Villa condos with my girlfriend for six years and could not wait to get my husband to this area. Once he visited he immediately fell in love with the area and shortly after that we purchased our little slice of heaven.

Why they chose this property

We love the property because we like the closeness to the beach and we loved that their was only 24 units. We also really enjoyed the people in those units. Everyone is so kind & the area it’s not busy. We often feel like it’s our own private beach.

What makes this property unique

The deck is a magical place and you just cannot describe it until you’ve stayed there. I thought this many times we’ve visited there and since moving there I have had other unit owners state the exact same thing. I love drinking my coffee and watching the surfers. I have seen dolphins whales!
