Oceanfront Ground-Floor Getaway with Pool & Beach Access ☀️

Paradise Beach Club 102 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the top vacation rental manager on the Space Coast!

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

This condo has everything you need for a relaxing getaway:

Paradise Beach Club is located a quiet section of beach and is the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. The complex is so close to the ocean that you can see and hear the ocean from inside the condo. Paradise Beach Club a short drive to Kennedy Space Center and only 60 minutes from all Orlando has to offer (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando Premium Outlets). There is everything you need nearby including a large Publix, movie theatre and many restaurants.

Pet Policy: Two pets (dogs or cats) are permitted. No dangerous dog breeds are allowed.

Important Accessibility Information: While the building has an elevator, please note that units 214, 215, 216, 217, 229, 230, and 231 are split-level with stairs inside. Additionally, all bedrooms are located upstairs, requiring stair use. Please be aware that there is no elevator access to the bedrooms, and the property is not wheelchair accessible. We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

Relaxing stay, perfect location while visiting family in Melbourne

This was a very nice place to call home while visiting family that lives in Melbourne. Super easy to visit them and get back. Centrally located. The construction next door didn’t bother us. Nice to be on the side and not directly in front of pool.

Relaxing and Pleasant

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Satellite Beach, at Paradise Beach Club. Taylor was always helpful and responsive, Ayjay assisted with a minor repair issue promptly. Our view of the ocean was amazing, and the atmosphere of our condo was light and friendly. We plan to return! Highly recommend!

Perfect location

Everything was great other than 1 exception. Did not realize my pup wouldn't be allowed on the beach. Although there is a pet friendly beach about 3.5 miles south of condo I wish I had known that in advance. But still grateful I could bring my dog & the dog park(s) provided by the beach club were an added bonus.

Wonderful people to rent from.

We have been renting from these guys for 5 years now. All the units have been good and we have enjoyed each one. Whenever we have questions or need something fixed or serviced there response is immediately. They go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. Donetta and AJ are wonderful assets to there employer and we will be back because of them.

The room was modern with new appliances and well kept. There were beach toys and chairs on site. Ocean views from balcony. My toddler had fun playing in the grassy area next to the shuffle board court. Grill with utensils on site. The beach was only steps away. Close to restaurants and groceries. Dunkin donuts is across the street for early morning convenience. Over all good stay and would visit again.

First Solo Trip with the Girls a success because of this unit!

Location and amenities were key when looking for a place for myself, cousin and my two daughters (3 and 5yrs) to go on a solo quick vacation. This place was absolutely perfect. The unit was lovely and well decorated and clean upon arrival. The patio area was absolutely perfect for lunch breaks from the pool/beach and late-night dinner talks while my girls played in the courtyard area. We had everything we needed in the unit to make packing a breeze for the trip and this was my first VBRO that I didn't have a laundry list of chores to do when checking out, loved that! It was conveniently located near a shopping strip that had quick food, grocery store, dollar store and much more for anything that you needed to complete your stay or if you forgot something for travel. Coco Beach was just a short jog in the car with lots of shopping and restaurants. We didn't mind the drive as it gave us a chance to break up our day and see the sites. We will definitely be booking this again for a future girl's trip. I can keep going with all the positives as we did not have one negative.

Everything about the stay was wonderful. The proximity to the pool and ocean was the best. Taylor was terrific to work with. The new exterior paint looks great. If I had one negative thing to say it would be that the side grassy area needs better lighting. We will definitely be back.

Our place was very nice and clean and nicely decorated. We liked being on ground floor because of bringing our dogs and close to dog area. I really appreciated having extra supplies while there like dish soap and paper towels. When I did have a question, Taylor from Palm Stay was very pleasant and responsive.

Great unit and very affordable

This is a very nice unit and had all the things we needed. Zareh the property manager was very informative and proactive. The only draw back is the construction next door. When that is finished, the place will be perfect.

Construction noise very bothersome

The condo was lovely and clean. A few added supplies in the kitchen would be very helpful, such as coffee filters, pot holders, better quality paper towel, maybe even a few small food storage containers. The bed was very comfortable, very nice towels and washclothes. A grab bar in the shower would also be helpful. We loved watching the sunrises and really enjoyed our stay. Our property manager was fantastic, very helpful and such a pleasant person.

Everything was great with the exception of all the construction in adjacent rooms. Okay me day they were painting a primer and the smell was toxic and permeated our unit. Other than that it was excellent. It was the second time we stayed in that unit and will be happy to go again.

Beautiful beach spot

My husband, three year old and myself stayed for a week vacation. The condo was clean and the perfect ground floor unit for easy access to the beach and pool as well as enjoying sunrise and sunsets. We highly recommend booking this unit for your next vacation.
