Paradise Beach Club 216 is proudly owned by 'Happy Palm Stays', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Please be advised that a condo building is being built on the property next to Paradise Beach Club. There is currently no active construction or noise on-site and it will not impact any building amenities, like the pool or beach access. The building is set further back from the ocean than Paradise Beach Club so you will still have a view of the beautiful beach & ocean but the new building is visible from the balcony.

With amazing views of the ocean throughout the unit, and amazing amenities like on-site BBQs, fenced in dog parks, bocce ball, and tons of local attractions, this incredible split-level condo has everything you need to enjoy your time in paradise. Please note there are stairs in the unit.

This condo can accommodate 6 people. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has a double and twin bed and there is an air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

Relax in style and comfort, visit any of the nearby restaurants and attractions, and get your fill of the beach every day at Paradise Beach Club.

We want to ensure you have all the necessary details before booking.

The view from the condo was beautiful! I enjoyed the sunrises and surf each day and a couple of night launches from Kennedy Space Center. We were even lucky enough to have a rare sighting of the Northern Lights from the balcony. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the property :).

The property was just as described. It is an older building but the room is nicely updated. Great location, clean, and family friendly. I really liked the separation of the bedrooms being upstairs. The pool was great too! Would definitely stay here again!

We arrived in town about 2:15 with our two large dogs and received a text that the condo would not be ready until 4 p.m. due to the holiday and the cleaning people were running behind, Taylor with Happy Palm Stays was very nice and quick to respond. She offered us lunch on them. When we got into the unit it was nice.

A great home base for family vacation!

The property was just as described and pictured. Amazing view of the beach. The location is perfect as we visited Aquatica water park and sea world as well as Kennedy space center. Property offered convenient beach access and well kept pool. Condo was spacious for myself and 3 daughters (14,10 & 5). Highly recommend and will be returning to this property in the future. Host sent updates throughout the whole process and was very accommodating.

Exactly like the pictures

The check-in was very easy, the location was great, and everything looked just like the pictures! So many things were provided to make life easier (laundry with baskets, ironing board, beach chairs, etc) too. Lastly, getting to take our pets with us took the stress out of being away from home. I will absolutely come back here in the future.

Absolutely beautiful condo with great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was brand new throughout and very well maintained. The property was also very well taken care of and not only the proximity to the beach but the privacy of the beach was amazing. I enjoyed the deck not being pool facing because it was very quiet and allowed max enjoyment of the ocean. Condo ownership very prompt and easy to work with. Will definitely rent again if in the area!

Nice Condo

The condo was very clean, lots of towels. The view is beautiful. I wish they would hurry up and finish the new building next door. The construction is annoying. We have stayed at PBC about 4 or 5 times now. We truly enjoy it. My daughter loves the pool, beach and the great ocean waves.

Bait and switch

Disappointing. Not like the pictures. Upon arrival we were greeted with the intense smell of cleaning chemicals and old property smell. It was intense! The condo floors were dirty, doors and baseboards scuffed and dirty. Furniture chipped and knobs falling off. Air filter hadn’t been changed in a few months (dust and debris upon removal).

We came to FL for my son to play in the all American Games at space coast stadium. The unit is extremely clean and the views are amazing. It was quiet and very comfortable. Check in was a bit frustrating because our door wouldn't lock from the outside. After a 12 hr drive that was not my expectation of our check in. However chad the maintenance guy was there early and replaced the entire lock and everything was smooth riding from then on. The beds are comfortable and it came with everything you need for the beach, to cook, and even plenty of towels. I would recommend it and we are planning to come back next year.
