The home does not directly face any neighbors either so the yard and home feels very private. Quick 8 minute drive to el Paseo downtown shops and restaurants and the living desert in Palm desert. Tons of stores and restaurants around , minutes from la Quinta. Minutes from Indian Wells tennis garden. 20 min to downtown Palm Springs. Such a beautiful home and backyard oasis that you won’t even want to leave. In a safe gated community with our own private park just steps across the street.
