Kearsarge Woods is a beautifully hidden gem of a neighborhood located across from Cranmore Mountain Resort! Complete with a tennis court and a newly refinished pool, this association is immaculately maintained and landscaped. New, tasteful LED lighting gently illuminates the main parking areas, pool deck, and new dumpster facility.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire condo unit; however, the loft is strictly off-limits and is not part of the rental accommodation. The loft is not cleaned, inspected, or maintained for guest use and may contain hazards. Any guest who enters or attempts to access the loft does so entirely at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for any injury, accident, damage, loss, or liability resulting from such access. By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the loft is a restricted area and agree not to enter it under any circumstances.

If there is anything that a renter has any questions about, our co-host Kaleen is available via the platform or by phone for 24/7 support :)
Amenities:
-This property features a starter set of supplies for guests which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, & hand soap. If you are staying for an extended amount of time, we recommended purchasing additional supplies!
-The beds are fully made & ready for your arrival with freshly laundered linens.
- We do our best to keep the propane tanks full for your stay. However, if a tank happens to run out, we may not be able to replace it immediately. If needed, please feel free to have it refilled, and we will gladly reimburse you for the cost!
-Visiting like a local means being neighborly. Please be respectful of the owner's home and considerate of the neighbors at all times.
Tennis Court (3rd Week of June Through Columbus Day)
Open 9:00 AM until dusk.
Proper tennis shoes are required.
Remove all personal items and trash when finished.
Court time is limited to 1 hour if others are waiting.
No bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards, or horseplay on the courts.
Pool (3rd Week of June Through Labor Day)
Open 9:00 AM until dusk.
No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent.
Pool key required for entry.
No pets, glass containers, alcohol, smoking, rafts, floats, diving, or horseplay.
Remove all personal items and trash when finished.
