There's a grassy courtyard area off the kitchen, plus another large grass area - this is THE home for indoor/outdoor living.

There is 1 step to enter the home. 2 of the bathroom showers have curb-less entry. The main hallway in the home is 40" wide and door openings range from 33 to (1) at 28". The main living area and kitchen are very spacious. I can send any additional measurements or videos. Please let us know!

This home was lovely. In a good and quiet neighborhood - and easily accessible to all that Tempe and the surrounding areas have to offer. The host was great. Very communicative, worked with us, and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this anyone staying in the area. Clean, gorgeous inside. A large patio area, and everything that you need for a comfortable stay.

This place was a dream. We stayed here for a month and it was perfect. The house itself is gorgeous, beds are comfortable, kitchen is well stocked, and it's super spacious. We really loved the outdoor space, great place to enjoy coffee, cocktails, or a meal. There is also a lemon tree in the back with the most juicy delicious lemons! This alone I'd give the place 5 stars for! The location is also perfect. Super walkable to grocery, bars, restaurants, coffee, anything you could need. And about a mile from Tempe Town Lake, and "A" mountain which is a great hike to take in views of the city. Cannot recommend this place enough. Will definitely book again if ever in Tempe!

We were able to communicate a bit before your stay regarding your kids’ tournament games, but we do wish you would have communicated any issues that arose during your stay. The home was built it 2021 and has brand-new everything, so hot water is not a problem. You did have a large party stay with you, I wonder if everyone showering at similar times might have played a part. I know after our kids’ soccer games, they love super, long hot showers. In future stays, be sure to reach out so to your hosts so they can help you troubleshoot. Thanks, Blaine & Joe

The pictures are real!!! Beautiful house😍

It was the first time I rent a house through VRBO, and it was certainly the best experience. The house is exactly as it looks at the pictures, it was clean, all in order and it has everything you need to stay for a few days or for many weeks if you need to. The hosts are friendly and the greeting when we arrived was great! Thank you Blaine an Joe 👍🏼 We hope to rent the house again in the future☺️

SPECTACULAR HOUSE!

Absolutely flawless house exactly as pictured. Very high quality finishes, brand new and spotlessly clean. Beds and linens were very comfortable! We traveled with a group of 6 women and the house was perfect for sitting around talking and having cocktails. The outside space was so nice and the doors that open and make the kitchen seem to expand into the backyard were perfect. Great area close to Old Town Scottsdale (15min) and Tempe shops and restaurants. Thank you for having such a high quality house! We LOVED it.

Very nice remodel with great room for gathering and 3 blocks from downtown Tempe

Easy arrival and great communication from home owner. Property was even better than I thought it would be. Walking distance to downtown Tempe. Kitchen 3 door slider opens up with two panels to make the back porch and yard as part of the great room. Really well done and fantastic tile work in baths and throughout.

Great host

The location was in close proximity to my job which I appreciated. However it was the organiztion and communication of the host that I loved. I will definitely stay here again when I have to return for work as I do so on a monthly basis.
