As owners, we are in the Experiential Live Events industry, so experiences and attention to detail are paramount to what we do, and SoleMar is no exception. We purchased the house in 2020 when it was only 4 years old. It was "turn-key" when we purchased it, but we have taken it to another level with new amenities and constantly updating for the best possible experience for our guests.
Why they chose this property
Some people like to be in the middle of the buzz, and some like to view it from above and go down into it when they want. SoleMar is the later. This villa is a tropical oasis with commanding panoramic views of the world below, but only a few minutes walk to be in the tick of it, or 3 minutes by car, or taxi. Far enough away to be peaceful and close enough to be exciting. Its the best of both worlds! The attention to detail, the style, the furnishing, the amenities and the gardens are all designed specifically for an immersive experience that will leave you fully satisfied.
What makes this property unique
Located on a private road makes for a very peaceful experience. The property and grounds are built into the side of the mountain top, with the stone decks and an infinity pool poised gracefully overlooking everything. You can float in the pool, while watching the sunset into the mountains carpeted in palms, or watch the Caribbean Ocean change colors as the sun sinks low. Words can paint a picture in your mind, but experiencing it is unforgettable.
