About this property

39th St Beach House - Steps to Sand - Air-Conditioning, Bikes and beach gear!!

This downstairs unit is situated on the beach side of 39th Street. The house is a few hundred feet / easy walk to the beach (7 doors from the sand) and a 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants, a grocery store and the Newport Beach pier.

Enjoy a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a 9 foot bi-fold door connecting the living room to the large tiled patio for outdoor living (over 200 square feet). The patio has a gas BBQ and plenty of seating.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with all of the basics to cook a great meal for the family after a fun beach day. We provide some pantry basics including (salt & pepper, cooking oil, starter amount of coffee pods, etc..)

All rooms have flat screen TV's and ceiling fans.

The living room has a remote control gas fireplace and huge TV.

The master bath incorporates a beautiful bathroom with large shower. The second bathroom has a beautiful coastal aesthetic ambiance with tub/shower.

Washer/Dryer in garage for your use (free of charge).

We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, wagon, pop up tent, sand toys, wetsuits and beach cruisers/bikes and more all at no charge.

If you need even more room, rent the beautiful upstairs unit which consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - Listing #2244419

Renting both units would give you a total of 6 Bedrooms, 5 Bathrooms with 2 kitchens, along with the 2 car garage. Great for large family get togethers or families traveling together. Listing #2258451 (whole property / both units)

Guest who books the house must be at least 28 years old and must be staying at the house (no booking for under age kids).

Please note....this is a downstairs unit. It is possible to hear noise from the upstairs unit (depending on the guests at the time). If you are sensitive to noise, please rent an upstairs unit. Most vacation rentals in Newport are duplexes and most downstairs apartments do have some noise transfer.

We had a great stay at 39th street. The place was EXTREMELY clean and comfortable. Great location near beach and walkable to restaurants. We really appreciated the bikes, wet suits, surfboards and laundry. Nice to have parking as well.Host was responsive when we had questions. Definitely a great place to stay!

Absolutely the Best place to stay in Newport Beach. Beach you can see from the house, super short walk, extremely well stocked on everything! Nice to have garage parking off street as it is very crowded with cars. Lisa is by far the best host I’ve ever had (we travel often) If ever back in Newport I’ll definitely rent this spot again.

Easily one of the most clean and polished rentals I’ve had in the Newport Beach area, and I’ve had a lot! The master bedroom bed was extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were well finished and stocked. The refrigerator was great and they had more than enough pots and pans and utensils and cooking materials. We ran out of propane the second day we were there, and our host had a new canister delivered to us within hours. The host checked in with us multiple times, excellent service and highly recommend this unit.

We normally stay in the upper unit but this year, there were only 5 of us, so we rented the downstairs unit. It didn’t disappoint. Loved the 6 house walk to the beach. Also enjoyed the use of the big patio, the grill, the garage and the bikes. We’ll be back.

Love love love this place. Very nicely appointed and polished property. Location is very walkable and bikeable -- steps to the beach and bike path which leads to the pier and other local spots & restaurants. Great host as well who is very responsive and supportive! Overall a very nice stay.

This little place right at the beach was perfect. So close to shopping and food. Tons of beach toys etc.. available to use. Wonderful experience would highly recommend and visit again.

We loved staying at the home. The patio is fantastic for relaxing and hanging out. The home had all the amenities you’ll need and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away. We are hoping to come back soon.

Why they chose this property

39th Street is a great street! It is close enough to the pier and boardwalk to walk or ride a bike. The house is amazing! It was renovated prior to our purchase and looks and feels very contemporary and is immaculate. It also has ample parking, two spots per unit (depending on the size of your car(s), which is double what most vacation rentals in the area provide.

What makes this property unique

Not only is 39th Street a great location but the house is just steps to the sand. We are 7 houses from the sand so back and forths to the house are super easy. We also provide all of the beach equipment you will need for a great day at the beach (boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, etc...) And having 2 parking spots per unit is unheard of in this town!
