Situated in the 100 block of 39th St, this completely remodeled property is a 30 second walk (7 doors from the sand) to the beach and 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants, the N.B. Pier and shopping.

This is the downstairs unit of a duplex on 39th Street. It was recently remodeled and has the best patio! It is approximately 900 sq.ft. with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It's luxurious yet cozy, decorated in a cool beach style. Master has a king bed and second bedroom has a queen bed. Sofa bed is a futon style (Ikea) in queen size.

Enjoy a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle with a 9 foot bi-fold door connecting the living room to the large tiled patio for outdoor living (over 200 square feet) with a gas BBQ.

The gourmet kitchen is outfitted with granite counters, custom cabinetry, and a uniquely designed "Big Chill" retro refrigerator.

All rooms have flat screen TV's, ceiling fans and mirrored closets.

The living room has a remote control gas fireplace and huge TV.

The master bath incorporates a beautiful honey-brown style granite countertop, with top of the line fixtures.

The second bathroom has a beautiful coastal aesthetic ambiance.

Washer/Dryer in garage for your use.

The unit has a brand new central Air Conditioning (installed in 2021)! AC is a must in Newport Beach and don't let other listings fool you, you need it!

We provide beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels, umbrella, coolers, wagon, pop up tent, sand toys, wetsuits and beach cruisers and more all at no charge.

If you need even more room, rent the beautiful upstairs unit which consists of 4 Bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - Listing #2244419

Great place and location.

We came for the Darker Waves Fest and had the best time. Liked the parking, location to stores and location to beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beach House

The house was equipped with everything needed for a great beach experience! We had an excellent time. Our teens loved hanging out at the beach and riding their skateboards nearby, Laguna Beach shopping and the Newport Boardwalk were so much fun. Just a great stay all around.

Why they chose this property

39th Street is a great street! It is close enough to the pier and boardwalk to walk or ride a bike. The house is amazing! It was renovated prior to our purchase and looks and feels very contemporary and is immaculate. It also has ample parking, two spots per unit (depending on the size of your car(s), which is double what most vacation rentals in the area provide.

What makes this property unique

Not only is 39th Street a great location but the house is just steps to the sand. We are 7 houses from the sand so back and forths to the house are super easy. We also provide all of the beach equipment you will need for a great day at the beach (boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys, chairs, etc...) And having 2 parking spots per unit is unheard of in this town!
