The house was fully equipped and beautifully decorated for Christmas, with Christmas trees on both levels. Everything was very clean, and we had a wonderful time.
Gorgeous home. Very clean. Many small and very thoughtful details. Fantastic amenities. Beautiful neighborhood and property. Lots of wildlife. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend!
This house is absolutely beautiful & is even better than the pictures. Tons of space for everyone in the dining area & on the comfy couch. Comfortable beds, lovely outdoor spaces, so much attention to detail. Our family has used VRBO for over a decade to travel all around the world & you can really tell the difference between a rental-only property & one that the owner’s enjoy & take pride in hosting their guests. Jess, the owner, was so kind & easy to communicate with. The house had everything you could possibly need including two beautiful Christmas trees (one on each floor.) Perfeft home for relaxing & enjoying family time anytime of year. Great neighborhood & close to plenty of restaurants & shops. Would absolutely stay here again!
The lake house is beautiful! There was plenty of room for adults and kids. The house is stocked with everything you need for a home away from home. We loved the wood fireplace!
We could not have asked for a better family vacation. Jessica was so easy to work with and so friendly and helpful. An absolutely beautiful house and great area for the kids to play in the lake without it being so busy. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

Thank you so much! You were awesome guests. Can’t wait to see you again next summer. ❤️
The home was lovely with beautiful views and decks. The house was fully equipped, more so than most Vrbo's. The lake is beautiful and clear with few boats. We really enjoyed our family vacation in this home.
The owner was excellent with communications. Also she was receptive to suggestions we had to further enhance the property. The home was perfect for our family.

Thank You! We can't wait to host your family again. You are wonderful guests.
We have a great time at the place. It's a good setup close to the marina and a wonderful and peaceful neighborhood.
The only recommendation was to have a split or heat on the downstairs; it was freezing.
Our family stayed with our children and a couple of family friends at this amazing lake house. Everything is brand new and beautiful! The amenities at this house a were our main rental draw: hot tub, fire pit, pool table and ping pong table kept the kids entertained the entire time. Owner was very communicative and helpful - would highly recommend this home to large families!
We all enjoyed our time at this lake house. Lots of games and things to do at the house and the location was beautiful. We didn’t realize there wouldn’t be much lake this time of year but it was still beautiful. So many deer and animals to watch and enjoy. S’mores by the fire and memories made. Thank you for a wonderful week.
I truly cannot praise this house & our stay enough. This house is absolutely amazing. Extremely clean & welcoming. Very well stocked - with not just essentials but plush towels, many cozy blankets & areas to read a book or relax, great beds & linens & some extra little thoughtful additions that I won't ruin & many games, etc. We loved everything about our stay, but nothing more than the kindness & superb communication from our host, Jessica. We will absolutely make this a repeat trip. Ranks in our top 2 or 3 stays anywhere. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We can't wait to welcome your family again.
It was an amazing weekend at this beautiful lake house. It was a perfect home for us. Lots of room for the entire family, location was perfect and there was so much for the kids to do. The house was perfectly stocked, especially clean and right on the lake. My only caution would be for families with smaller children or older family members. There are lots of steps from the house to the lake (80 to be exact). I was also a little disappointed that the dock was not as pictured. It does not have a cover or seating .. we made it work but make sure to bring portable chairs and an extra umbrella for larger families. Again, it was a beautiful property. We hope to come back next year.
We stayed at the Kingfisher Cove lake house for an end of summer cousin meet up. The property was as described (save a dock slide swapped out for a water trampoline - deemed acceptable by all kiddos in our party). We rented a boat from a local marina and did some tubing; kayaked around the cove and enjoyed s'mores by the fire. We had communications with the owner due to pretty bad storms and they were quick to get back to us and easy to communicate with about the property. The lakehouse is 15 minutes to downtown Blairesville; easy for grocery shopping. It was the perfect place for cousins to play and enjoy the mountains and water.
Beautiful home, still smells like a new house. Great amenities, beds, view etc. 10 of us had a great time. Kids loved the water trampoline, ping pong, pool table. Neighborhood gorgeous, relatively close to grocery store, waterfalls, Helen, tubing. We rented a pontoon. The lake is beautiful, not busy, lots of undeveloped/protected shoreline. We enjoyed the lakes rope swings and rocks to jump off of.
The only thing to note is the staircase down to the water, my legs got a great workout. It could be tough for older individuals
It was everything I hoped our week to be!! Thanks Jessica for all your help!
The property is absolutely amazing. The house is located in a very upscale neighborhood nestled in the middle of the GA Mountains. Amazing views are abundant. The house was clean and extremely well equipped with plenty of space for large families. The pictures of the dock on the listing did not match the actual dock. We found out from the host that the dock was recently damaged and had been replaced with a different dock. All in all the host was very responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic vacation. The property is located in a quiet cove on the lake and it was incredibly peaceful the entire weekend. Would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting to get away for some peace and quiet on the lake.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. Can’t wait to host your family again.
This home is beautiful and the property offers amazing views! The home is very clean and nicely decorated. It is very spacious and fit our crew of 12 perfectly. The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes/cooking utensils and to our pleasant surprise napkins, paper towels, and plastic Ziplock bags. Extra towels were also provided.
The property manager, Jessica, is a pleasure to work with. She responds quickly and is very nice - easy to work with and communicates well.
The location of the property is outstanding. Just driving up to the property was incredible - breath taking views! Lots of deer to see, especially at night. The town has plenty of restaurants and cute shops. Must try the Hole in the Wall - great food. We particularly enjoyed the 50 minute drive to Helen through a very scenic mountain path.
We loved our trip and can't wait to stay here, again!
The house is located in a well manicured neighborhood. It is extremely well equipped and it is obvious Jessica knows what essentials are needed while on vacation. Jessica is the most responsive host I have ever encountered. Her response time is impressive and appreciated! I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness. I can say with confidence that this house was immaculate. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed the lake. We rented a pontoon boat with a slide along with a pull behind tube. We went hiking to high shoals falls which is not far away. Between swimming in the lake, spending the day on the boat, watching 4th of July fireworks at a nearby park and hiking, the kids were barely on their phones! Loved all the quality time and making of wonderful memories.

Thank you so much for the wonderful review. You were wonderful guests and can’t wait to host your family again.
Property was supposed to be available at 4pm, via electronic lock box. Code received did not work, and called host. Left voicemail. Called again, and host sent new code. Also did not work. Host then had cleaner come and let us in, by now 9pm. Host said okay to partial days credit for lost time, but several days later "check is in the mail" has not happened. Still have faith it will come. Other than that, we had a grand time.
We spent Thanksgiving week 2022 at Kingfisher Cove, The entire family enjoyed the property plenty of room for 12 adults and 2 small children, even though the property is setup for lake and summer activities, there is plenty to enjoy during the fall and Holidays as well . Blue Ridge and
Helen are easily drives from the property and the community is gated and full of wildlife! Really nice amenities, rec room, fire pit, Hot Tub. Thanks Jen and Jet Thomson Highly recommended!!
