The space was clean and comfortable. Two private bedrooms and plenty of space to relax in the living room. Apartment is in the lower level of the host’s home. Host very accommodating and quick to respond. Close enough to all our activities!

This property fit our needs perfectly. Enjoyed the beautiful view from the front porch as we sipped our coffee and had breakfast in the mornings. Convenient location. Host is very helpful and accommodating. Communication was excellent. The arcade game was an added bonus. I would recommend this as a great place to stay.

We didn’t spend much time there as we were visiting for a wedding and we were out most of the time. It was perfect for our needs, clean, comfortable, and had anything we would need, especially if something was forgotten. Communication was great and easy and the view was beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Host was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating! I cannot think of a single thing that we needed that wasn't stocked. The views are stunning, two deer that live the neighborhood always around. Best place to stay in Orem!

Perfect location for the rafting and hiking we wanted to do. The property was nice, well stocked and relaxing. When old people like us come in, a card table would have been nice. But not a big deal. Thanks to the owners for there hearty welcome!!

Kitchen well stocked with everything you need, including delightful little coffees! Host left folder of local activities, dining, etc., which was helpful in planning our itinerary.
