This Cozy King is a bedroom over the garage that has a separate set of steps off the kitchen. You will have full access to the kitchen, dining, living, den and outside pool area. We respect your privacy and will stay out of your way. We are centrally located in Va Beach 15 minutes to ocean front, Sand Bridge, Town Centet, Chesapeake and 2 miles from athletic fields and amphitheater.
