Located 1.7 km from the beach at Port du Lac d'Hourtin and 12 km from the ocean beaches, in a quiet and pleasant residential area, our house is the ideal setting for a holiday between the ocean, forest, and vineyards. Adjoining the owners' residence, the house has its own private entrance, terrace, and enclosed garden. All on one level, it comprises a bright main room with a kitchen, dining area, and living room with a flat-screen TV, two bedrooms (one with a 140x190cm bed and the other with two 80x190cm beds that can be joined to make a 160x190cm bed), a shower room, and a separate toilet. Electric heating. End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are available as optional extras (towels not provided). Tourist tax is extra. A built-in outdoor barbecue is available. Parking is provided. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity.
