Spacious gîte, at the foot of the village of Pujols, in a characterful Gironde house, adjoining the owners' second home with independent entrance. On the ground floor: fully equipped independent kitchen (induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, washing machine). 35 m² living room opening onto a covered terrace with garden furniture. It includes a dining area, a lounge with antique rattan armchairs, a reading corner with sofa bed. 29 m² bedroom with 160 cm bed and 120 cm sofa bed. Shower room, renovated in January 2025, with walk-in shower. Separate toilet (renovated January 2025). Upstairs, landing with wardrobe and a 16 m² bedroom with 160 cm bed and a 90 cm sofa bed. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are included. Wifi. The cottage is designed for 4 people, a 5th can be accommodated at a supplement of €50.00 per week (sheets and towels included). Wooded and fenced garden with armchairs and a bench. Swings available for children: 2 swings and a slide. Closed parking on the property. Tourist tax in addition. In the village of Pujols 1km away: you will find a grocery store (bread, tobacco, newspapers), a restaurant for lunch on weekdays, as well as a post office and a bank, not to mention the Romanesque church and the castle. 5 km away, in Castillon, you will find all the necessary shops. From Gotic, explore Saint Émilion 17 km away and the Château de Michel Montaigne 13 km away in the Dordogne. Supervised swimming at Lake Blasimon 9.6 km away and at Lake Cadie 5 km away. Hiking trail in the town. Blasimon Lake is 9.6 km away. Romanesque church in Pujols and shops. Saint Émilion and its golf course are 17 km away. Bordeaux is 56 km away and Libourne is 24.3 km away.

L'hôtesse nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux. C'est une véritable maman attentionnée envers ses hôtes. Un petit geste a suffi à rendre notre séjour plus agréable. Malgré la chaleur, la maison était agréablement fraîche. Le soir, nous avons dîné sous les arbres : de vraies vacances. La Gironde est à 5 km ; un anti-moustique est donc vivement recommandé. Mais même les moustiques ne nous ont pas empêchés de passer de merveilleuses vacances.
