3 Bedroom, 3 Bath house with plenty of room inside and out! Sleeping space for 10 comfortably! All bedrooms have lake views! Kids will love the bunk room with their own TV and bathroom. Enjoy the large deck with beautiful views of the quiet cove. Newly built firepit with 3 swings, lights and power outlets will be your favorite spot! Go jump in the lake from the swim platform or walk in from the shore. Tie up your boat or jet ski on the outside of the boat slip. Adult and child Kayaks provided! Away from it all, but only minutes to Publix shopping area and restaurants. **PLEASE NOTE**WIFI SERVICE IS STARLINK, CAN BE SPOTTY AND IS NOT GUARANTEED! The house is fantastic. The bunk room is great for kids. The view and access of the lake is amazing. Bring bug spray! I loved that the house was on an inlet and the kids were able to float or kayak out without having to worry about boats.

Great location and awesome backyard to hang out at the lake

Easy rental process. Owner was easy to work with. Really enjoyed the backyard and kids loved the kayaks. Great family time with the kids!!!!!

Fun on the Lake.

We enjoyed our family vacation at Lake Norman. The house is located in a great area and we loved being right in the lake. Service on phone was not great but wasn’t a big deal for our family because we spent time on the water and enjoying family time. House was clean and nicely stocked with everything you could need. Lot of great memories! Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing lake life

My family of five stayed for a four days and I wish we had stayed longer! We enjoyed the beautiful yard and the kids enjoyed swimming at the dock/shore and the kid sized kayaks. We caught lots of fish and used the large floats provided. The kitchen is well stocked and the laundry was nice to have as well. We will be back.

We loved everything about this house. Upgrades were nice touch. We did not use the fire pit but loved the fact that they left us supplies for s'mores in case we decided to do that. Our family had an amazing time. Big living room and large dining room table help accommodate our family of six.

Nice Lake location.

This property worked for us perfectly, it provided everything we needed along with being located on the lake where the traffic is lighter (especially on the weekdays). Docking our boat at the private dock was very easy, I would reco bringing some bumpers and tie offs with you. The dock is located in a cove which is super nice. The hosts were quick and very helpful with communication. The property is located on a dead end street with great neighbors.

Escape to Lake Norman

Rented this home for 10 days to visit friends who now live in the area. Home is on a quiet street away from it all but close enough to restaurants and shops. Lake access is wonderful and our kids enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit area. Can’t beat the sunrise over the lake in the morning or just sitting near the water enjoying the peacefulness of the lake. Alana was very responsive to any issues we had. It was a wonderful vacation and we would definitely rent from her again.

family memories

This is a great location, and our family wished we'd booked an extra night! We had too much fun. Kids loved jumping off the dock, parents loved the generous supply of life vests, and we all had fun taking out the kayak. The firepit is a gem with lots of great seating and even Bluetooth speakers for music! Owner was very responsive when messaged. We hope to come back again. Thank you!

Girls family getaway.

The accommodations fit our group perfectly. Plenty of space for 7 adults. There was so much comfortable seating outdoors that we hardly spent anytime inside. The living room is very spacious to spend time indoors and still view the lake if one would like to do so. The yard and the view was amazing! We were visiting from Minnesota and rented a van that was helpful to visit fun eating establishments around the lake, a brewery, and do some shopping in downtown Mooresville which has a cute Main Street. As my niece stated “it far exceeded her expectations!” We would stay there again!

Lake House Get Away

Great fishing -caught fish daily off boathouse dock. Quite cove surrounded by million dollar homes. Super clean well equipped! watched the hawks catch fish in the water daily. Love the wifi and bluetooth speakers and well lite lakefront made it a fantastic place. Will rent this house again. 10 + rating. L@@k no futher! Rent it now...Larry n Jane Mason

Great lakefront family getaway property

Layout of the house is great. Back bedroom area is perfect for kids/teens who like to hang out together. There is a spacious great room with a large screen tv - perfect for everyone to watch a sports game or movie together. The house is definitely old, but it was generally clean and comfortable. We encountered some spiders in the bedrooms and mold on the shower door in the hallway bathroom. The bed in the (nonmaster) bedroom was a bit small and uncomfortable, but it was tolerable for a few nights. The kitchen is small, but the seating was good for two families. We spent a lot of time playing cards or board games at the dining room table. For us, the best feature of this property is the backyard. BBQ area with table, firepit area with generous seating,.deck and kayaks, and space in the yard to throw a football or frisbee. Very serene and picturesque.

Such a relaxing place and perfect for big families!

I honestly don’t want to write this review bc then this little hidden slice of heaven will become so popular!! Not only did we have an amazing stay but Alana is so awesome with communicating. This was our first time using Vrbo and we were very hesitant. She made the whole process such a breeze. When we arrived she even left some goodies for our kids to enjoy s’mores on the fire pit out back! The kids constantly took the kayaks out, I think within 30min of arriving they had them in the water. Finding a house that understands big families is hard but this one fit our big family perfectly! The view is perfect for morning coffee out on the deck or down by the waters edge. The finger of the lake where the house is on is great for kids bc it’s shallow enough at the edge for play but then they still can jump off the dock into deep water too! We definitely will be back!!

Great outdoor space and great value

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We brought a family of 4 but at one point had 7 additional family members, and there was plenty of space. It's a property in a really useful niche - very reasonably priced but big enough for extended families; it sleeps 12 comfortably, including with 7-8 in a "bunk room" that the kids really enjoyed. I don't know that there's anything like it north of the 150 bridge or maybe on Lake Norman at all (we were determined to stay north of 150). We brought our own jetski, and made ample use of the kayaks and multiple outdoor seating areas and fire pits. The outdoor space is really the highlight. What we really liked about it is that there are lots of spaces for different groups to congregate and do different activities. You can have a couple people in the kayak launch area, others sitting at a table on the dock watching kids swim in the lake, others on the deck, etc. Everyone doesn't have to do the same thing at the same time. And one of the best things about lake vacations is that unlike at the beach you don't have to pack up all your stuff every time you leave the water or switch activities - so we liked that there's plenty of space to leave the kayaks near the water, our inner tube and water skis on the dock, etc. Alana was very responsive and the check in process was seamless. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Ladies get Away!

Lake Getaway

What a lovely trip we had. This home is perfect for families and groups of all kinds. The beds were comfortable and there are multiple lounging areas around the property for the folks in your group to hang out. If you plan to do a lot of cooking, I would encourage you to bring your own tools as many within the rental could use updating. You'll also want to bring any other kitchen extras such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, sandwich bags, etc. The host was extremely kind and did a great job communicating with me throughout our stay. I would certainly book here again in the future as this is definitely a hidden gem.

Great Lake getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult children over a long weekend. Everything was fabulous!! Gorgeous location on a quiet cove, was great for just hanging out in the water and relaxing. It was fun to have the paddle board and kayaks available for our use, and there were plenty of life jackets if needed and pool noodles to use as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for simple meal prep, and we enjoyed using the grill and the deck dining table. The beds we used were comfortable and there were plenty of towels available for our use also. Nice big family room and dining table, which was nice for evening meals and games! We so enjoyed our lake time!! And the owner was very responsive to any questions we had!
