In a secure 5-storey residence with lift and swimming pool, this 2-room apartment of approximately 50m² equipped for 4 people is located opposite Port Santa Lucia and its shops, 500m from the creeks of Parc Santa Lucia, and in the immediate vicinity of the town center and sandy beaches.

On the 1st floor, facing South/West with harbor and sea view, this accommodation is composed of a living room (sofa bed 140x190) giving access to a large corner terrace with garden furniture, an independent kitchen (vitroceramic hob 2 burners, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) also giving access to the terrace, a bathroom with a large shower and a an independent WC. TV, WIFI, Air Conditioner, Private parking in the basement, Swimming pool.

* Reduction of 15% during the year from 15 consecutive days reserved (except from 06/07/24 to 24/08/24)
