Multiple beaches within 10-15min drive. Shopping/restaurants in downtown Venice 10min drive away. Outdoor shower, bikes, beach gear & games available. Home is in a calm, family oriented neighborhood. Please no parties or loud noise at night. There is a 1 Ring doorbell camera on the front door of the house.

The house was very clean and fully equipped. It is located very close to shopping and restaurants. There were no problems at all. Hosts were very nice and helpful with check-in.

Relaxing on Mohawk

We had a great stay. Plenty of room for us 4 to roam. Nice area to walk and very quiet. Near Shamrock Park and intercostal trail. Home is well equipped and had good instructions. We had some issues(3) that we had to live with. Not sure owners live in the area. But, a great month. If issues fixed, we would go back!

Great location

This is a roomy ranch with a nice layout. It is walking distance to Shamrock Park which has walking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, nature center, and connects to the Venetian Waterway. It is well equipped with everything you need including plenty of beach equipment and bikes. The house is listed as an UPDATED ranch, which I’d say is quite a stretch. We had an issue with a bad odor in the refrigerator. The host was very easy to reach & sent someone over immediately to try to resolve the issue. It would have been much more convenient if the house had a keyless entry. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
