To the south of the town, on the Milady hill, this pretty family home from the 1960s has been pleasantly furnished and will allow you to fully enjoy a summer stay. Between the famous Cote des Basques (surfing spot) and the Ilbaritz golf course, halfway up the hill, allowing you to reach the beach on foot (450m, Milady beach), it nevertheless has a heated swimming pool (3.5 x 7 m) surrounded by a terrace to the south.
It is offered with 3 double bedrooms, two of which are on the slightly raised ground floor (not accessible to people with reduced mobility) and a suite upstairs with a full view of the ocean. Its living-dining room opens onto a terrace to the west, perfect for enjoying the sunsets with friends. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the living room.
Well maintained, very clean, this house offers comfort without ostentation. It is an individual dwelling, without adjoining, surrounded by a small garden and allows parking 2 vehicles within the property.
