It can be loud late at night above Fenicci’s restaurant. Also no elevator so would not book if disabled to walk up stairs. For price during peak season, it was great.

Arrived to a very clean and cute rental. Had everything we needed. We were very comfortable and located in the center of Chocolate Avenue above Fenicci’s. We enjoyed their food both nights and were treated like family by their staff.

This property is the best and so perfect for events at the Giant Center it's 20 - 25 minute walk over so you save on parking! The restaurant downstairs is top notch! You can't go wrong staying here this is our 2nd time and we will surely be back!

Apartment was pretty much as described. Clean, comfortable bed and all the supplies needed for our stay. Location was perfect for our needs. Restaraunt was convenient but just ok. The stairs are not terrible but are steep and narrow. Parking for us was at the municipal lot right around the corner. Only a 2 minute (literally) walk after unloading bags for overnight stay near entrance. We left happy we found this unit.

The apartment was perfect for a few nights. The restaurant below fit us in for dinner ASAP and accommodated us a the bar. Service all around was excellent. Location of the apartment was also great!

Awesome place

Great place for a short stay! We truly enjoyed the info and the outstanding dinner at the restaurant downstairs! It was awesome to be able to go down the steps and get delicious dinner after a long day of walking around the park!!

What a great place to stay! Communication.. is great! Super clean.. kitchen has all the dishes and things you need.. the a/c.. ice cold! Hot water.. lots of it and great water pressure! They do supply mini soaps, shampoo and conditioner as well. There was even a blow dryer under the sink. They left water bottles and a Hershey bar in the frig as a hello. Even tho you are above a restaurant you have no noise inside your apartment. We didn’t hear anything once inside. We ordered a pizza, which was very good!! And they gave us 20% off. The apartments are upstairs. So yes we had to climb stairs. No elevator. But it’s so worth it! So much is all around you.. we even walked to the stadium to see our concert! Much easier than fighting traffic afterwards leaving there! Free parking lot just a 2 minute (literally) walk away. Thank you for a great stay.. would definitely stay again!

Hershey stay

The place was perfectly located next to Hershey park. We decided to do a day trip and it fit our needs perfectly. The place was also very clean. I would recommend for anyone wanted to spend a few days in Hershey.

Smores apartment

We had a great stay. The location to park is super convenient and everything you need while not doing Hersheys activities is within walking distance(brewery and Starbucks etc.) the food at the restaurant was also excellent. Would definitely stay again.
