Last-Minute Beach Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was the perfect size for my family of three. We had a great stay! I like that it is a first-floor uni, so no hassle with stairs. It was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked with cookware, dishes, etc., and it was just a short walk to the beach. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and it was taken care of very quickly. We would definitely rent this unit again!

great location to beach

The condo was an easy walking distance to the beach and being a floor unit made it easy to load and unload beach gear. The space was good for 4 adults and the property manager was easy to communicate with when needed. However, the floors were pretty sandy/dirty and the dishes were dusty/dirty and needed to be washed before use. The bunk beds were comfortable but the king bed has a sagging middle. Overall, the unit was fine and we enjoyed our stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location for walking to the beach. Really liked the wash station in the complex at the end of the boardwalk. Pool was nice with restrooms on site. Rented bikes through a local company and utilized them everyday for riding to shops, etc. Tons of shopping and restaurants close by. Lots of storage for clothes in bedrooms/closets. Unit was small for the amount of people it sleeps. We were a family of 4 and we couldn't all sit in the living room comfortably or at the bar to eat. No storage space in the bathrooms for toiletries. Shelves were too cluttered with knick knacks. Dirty dishes in the drawers and cabinets. Sand all in the rugs throughout the unit. We ended up folding them and putting them under the chairs in the living room. No pillow cases on the guest pillows in the second bedroom. Had to call for them twice. Unable to sit on the balcony outside due to the condition of the furniture. The majority of the items in and outside the unit were white and all had stains on them. Property managers were great. We had some appliance issues and they immediately addressed it. They even provided laundry service for us while the washer/dryer was getting replaced.

Amazing Location & Trip!

We stayed at this rental for a girls weekend and everyone had a great time. When we arrived, we realized the proximity to the beach was even better than we had originally mapped out/planned. You just walk down a short boardwalk and you’re there! Prior to the trip I was worried we’d possibly need a golf cart ride to the beach each day but there was really no need. It’s a super quick walk… going back and forth between the beach and rental for lunch, bathroom breaks, etc was super easy and quick. So I cannot say enough about the great location. Also, my flight was involuntarily changed by the airline I was flying for the trip. I contacted the owner and she worked with me to arrange for an early check-in so I wasn’t walking around town with all my luggage trying to pass the time. I found her to be very responsive. The only reason I gave this property four stars rather than five is due to the dryer in the unit. Another previous reviewer mentioned it took several cycles to dry a load of laundry and we found that to still be the case when attempting to wash some towels during the trip. Other than that, we would recommend this sweet little rental to anyone looking to come down to 30A for a wonderful beach trip!
