Living room with terrace overlooking the park and sea.
Upstairs, a large bedroom with lovely terrace overlooking the park and sea. The flat is pleasant and spacious, with a spiral staircase.
In the living room, there is a sleeping area with 1 sofa bed (which does not interfere with the dining area).
1 minute's walk from the beach (no need to cross) and close to all amenities. No need to move your vehicle to go to the beach or do your shopping. Parking space in the grounds of the property.
Bus stop serving St Raphael, le Dramont, Agay...
Boulouris station is 650 metres away (take the train to Cannes, Menton, Les Arcs, Nice, Ventimiglia... the view is magnificent).
The little port of Boulouris is on the same side of the road, with its restaurants, pretty harbour and diving club.
La Tortue" beach is also just a few metres away, as are Chez Yvan, Le Bistrot Loudet opposite Arene Grosse beach and Urban Beach.
