Stylish, newly renovated apartment, family friendly, just 300 meters from the sea, overlooking the sea, located in a neat and and exciting resort Mareda, near the town of Novigrad in Istria.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed to sleep, kitchen, bathroom, living room and dining room (with 2 extra beds) and two terraces. The apartment has an allocated parking space (for one car).
The building in which the apartment has to play a beautiful garden, paved areas and a spacious lawn for the kids.
In the tourist town there are various additional facilities: sandpit, playground, basketball and handball courts, volleyball, hiking, biking and jogging trails (no traffic).
About 300 meters walk, visitors between beaches with all amenities (coffee and sandwich bar, children's playground, toillets, public showers, ..) and a beautiful pristine beaches can be selected.

Unser Urlaub war sehr schön

Die Wohnung war sauber, ausgestattet mit allem notwendigen. Check-in und Check-aut sind ein wandfrei gelaufen. Das Meer war sehr schön sind genug Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Im Ort sind einige Restaurants und Bars, für die Kinder ist auch was dabei.

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäche. Klimaanlage und großer Kühlschrank. Leider kein Sat-TV. Nur Regional DVB-T2 Wir kommen wieder.

Ruhe und Erholung

Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und es war alles sehr sauber. Die Handtücher, die Betten und die Bettwäsche waren sehr angenehm. Die Betten und die Couch boten viel Bequemlichkeit. Die Wohnung selbst ließ sich ganz leicht sauber halten. Als Begrüßung stand auf dem Eßtisch ( mit schöner Tischdecke) selbstgemachte Marmelade, Saft und Honig! Wer fernsehen will sollte sich DVDs mitnehmen, es gibt keinen deutschsprachigen Sender. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren keine vorhanden. Die nächsten Geschäfte gab's in Novigrad. Vor Ort hatte es zwei Lokale ( Fortuna und Aurora), beide sind empfehlenswert. Das Aurora hatte mehr Auswahl und wir empfanden das Personal als herzlicher. Der Strand ist zu Fuß Ca. 800 m weit weg, man kann aber bequem mit dem Auto hinfahren, Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Das Strandlokal machte leider in der zweiten Septemberwoche für dieses Jahr zu. Wir haben uns prima erholt weil es wunderbar ruhig war und deshalb eine Empfehlung von uns erhält.

Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub

An erster Stelle bedanken wir uns bei Gari für die reibungslose Abwicklung und die angenehme Betreuung. Es wurde sich ganz aufmerksam darum gekümmert, ob wir uns wohl fühlen und eventuell Fragen oder andere Anliegen haben. Wir haben uns in Kroatien immer und überall wohl gefühlt. Die Natur und die Menschen machen es einem sehr willkommen, dort den Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Ferienanlage nahe an einem großen Campingplatz. Es ist nicht weit bis zum Strand. In umliegenden Orten fanden wir ebenfalls sehr schöne Strände, zum Beispiel in Dajla. Die Wohnung ist recht klein, aber sehr ordentlich und sauber. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht, dass wir während unseres Aufenthaltes ausreichend Hand- und Duschtücher zur Verfügung bekommen haben. Bis jetzt kannten wir das so nicht. Dafür bedanken wir uns auch ganz besonders! Nur schade war es, dass es in der Wohnung keinen Wasserkocher gab. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine und einen Toaster, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Das wäre vielleicht eine Anschaffung wert. Und ein kleiner Tip bezüglich Kochtöpfe und Pfannen...diese haben unserer Meinung nach ausgedient. Die Pfannen sehen schon recht abgenutzt aus. Ein herzliches Dankeschön nochmal für den angenehmen Aufenthalt an die Familie von Gari. P.S. Der Honig und die Marmelade sind super lecker!

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment

Ich habe mich kurzfristig entschlossen zu verreisen und kann dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortete immer schnell. In der Anlage war selbst war es ordentlich und ruhig. Ich würde hier jederzeit wieder hinkommen :)

Freundlicher vermieter, nette kleine wohnung

Sehr netter Kontakt.Obwohl wir wegen einer Autopanne erst einen ganzen Tag später anreisen konntenwaren die Vermieter sehr verstandnissvoll und kamen auch noch spät am abend zur Schlusselübergabe.Leider sieht der Ferienwohnung komplex von aussen runtergekommen aus.

A Relaxing Holiday

We really enjoyed our stay in Novigrad. Just a few minutes driving from the apartment, it is a wonderful city to visit and to spend time in where you can find everything you need. The country side is also wonderful with the green hills covered by wine fields and olives trees. We were surprised by how clean every place is and how many attractions there are to have fun. Gari was so welcoming and helpful giving us suggestions for the places to visit and good restaurants to go. The house is very nice, comfortable and in a peaceful location. We had a great time and slept wonderfully. We recommend this apartment.

Nice Urlaub!!! Schöne Wohnung!!!

sehr netter Kontakt und immer per Handy zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist schön sauber und die Klimaanlage rettet einem das Leben (bei 38 Grad), Nachts ist es ein wenig lauter aber wir waren es auch mal ;-). Bis zum Strand sind es 300 Meter, wobei wir etwas außerhalb gegangen sind. Es war alles super.

schöner Urlaub in Mareda

Hertlichen Dank an Anica und Gari für die schönen Tage in ihrer Ferienwohnung. Trotz der Größe der Anlage war es ab dem späten Abend ruhig. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Den Strand konnte man zu Fuß oder mit Pkw erreichen. Super Wasserqualität. Zwei Lokola vor Ort, die man empfehlen kann. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Novigrad. Hinter dem Campingplatz pendelt auch ein kleiner Citytrain nach Novigrad. Alles in allem eine gute Adresse. Christa und Dieter

kurzfristig gebucht und alles ging ganz und reibungslos von statten. privater Parkplatz und eine ganz tolle Wohnung. 2 Balkone mit Blick zum Meer. sehr sauber und gepflegt. viele kleine nützliche Dinge haben der Aufenthalt verschönt. Nur an die abendlichen Geräuschkulisse muß man sich gewöhnen. Andre Länder andre Sitten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolles Apartment. Gut ausgestattet.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und bereit immer zu helfen. Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft war es sehr sauber und alles vorhanden was man braucht, z.B: Küchenhandtücher, Handtücher allgemein, Wäschetrockner auf dem Balkon. Es wurde vor kurzem erst renoviert. Trotz des hohen Tourismus im August, war es sehr leise in der Nacht, so das man gut erholt am nächsten morgen war.
