Located on an upper ledge (175 M'altitude) on the seafront (150 M as the crow flies), the 70 M² apartment is located on the ground floor of a Provençal-style Villa/Mas in a quiet and residential area of Rayol (Var). The village is twinned with that of Canadel to form a single commune.
Separate fitted kitchen, large living room, 1 bathroom/shower with separate toilet, possibility to accommodate 4 people (1 bedroom 2 single beds and 2 sofa beds), 2 terraces, one covered and one uncovered, in front of the garden with breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the Golden Islands. Office with washing machine, WIFI with Booster, BBQ, outdoor shower. Independent access from the main floor.
Parking inside the property. Alarm. Illuminated outdoor access. Idyllic location on the Var coast in a quiet village in the evening but lively during the day with restaurants, bar and various shops. Presence of two beautiful supervised beaches, 3 minutes by car from the Villa. Possibility of access and anchoring of a boat.
Multiple marked walks or bike rides. Musical and theatrical entertainment and various exhibitions during the summer season. Possibilities of free or guided tours of the Mediterranean Garden, one of the most beautiful gardens in France. The lively towns of Cavalaire and Lavandou are respectively located 6 km east and 13 km west of Rayol.
Rental possible for periods of one or more weeks but also for shorter periods of 3 to 7 nights depending on availability.

a place for the connoseur

a magical unique place and location. Quiet and remote yet close to beaches, daily needs shopping etc. If you like a true pronvencial hide away with its own charme and aura thats the place. The view is outstanding...Thanks to Marianne who took care of us in case of any questions!We had a great time and would love to come back.

Beatiful property and location

This property was wonderful with a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean and an amazing terrace. The location in Le Rayol was perfect, up on a hill overlooking the sea with a view of Ile du Levant and Cap Benat. Pierre was a very kind and accommodating host who was eager to make our stay pleasant. It's useful to know that the property is the lower floor of a hillside house. It has a bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom, a large living room where additional guests could sleep on a pull-out couch, and a kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher and there is also a washing machine in a back room. The owners of this family vacation home live in the upstairs of the house when they are visiting. Though this did not bother us during our stay, it would have been nice to know in advance and might be of interest for guests in search of more privacy. The property itself could use some refreshing. We were apparently the first guests of the season, but the apartment was rather musty upon arrival and needed to be aired out thoroughly. It was also dusty and, aside from the bed having been made, it did not seem like it had been prepared for our stay. We had to wash all dishes, cookware, and utensils prior to use because everything was dusty. Towels were old and stained and could use replacing. Basics like trash bags and dish soap were not at hand, but provided by the host upon request. Though the host tried to fix it, there was NO INTERNET. All in all, we had a lovely stay.

Appartement très agréable car au frais, très au calme et sans vis-à-vis, au rez de jardin d’une villa, avec une grande terrasse ombragée. Le propriétaire aurait intérêt à donner les coordonnées de la conciergerie à ses hôtes au cas où celle-ci a omis de convenir d’une heure de rendez-vous. Heureusement, le charme du Rayol opère toujours, et la vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique. Il serait utile d’installer une fixation haute du pommeau de douche.

Bonjour Merci pour votre avis Normalement il y a 2 ou 3 chaises longues de terrasse blanches. Elles ont possiblement été déplacées vers le rez principal car je les avais mises moi-même dans l'appartement fin juin.... Il ne faut pas hésiter à contacter les occupants du rez principal à ce sujet. Cordialement Pierre GOFFETTE

Appartement dans une villa très bien placée sur les hauteurs du Rayol à 5 mn des plages.Jardin en terrasse luxuriant et vue époustouflante sur la baie.Décoration simple et de bon goût,on se croirait dans une maison de famille provençale Terrasse couverte sur la baie permettant de profiter du lieu quelque soit le temps Excellent contact avec les propriétaires Nous reviendrons sûrement!!

Fabuleux emplacement

Situation idéale pour sillonner la region. Grand calme. Splendide vue depuis la terrasse sur la baie Rayol Canadel. Logement spacieux, literie confortable. Accueil chaleureux de Marianne. A ameliorer: Propriétaire en Belgique injoignable. Descriptif de l’annonce incorrect: notamment pas de transat, pas de four fonctionnel, pas de seche cheveuxet pas de bain a remoux.
