Very bright apartment of 42 m2 at 20 meters from the sea. Living room and kitchen directly facing the sea, unique view, large terrace a few meters from the ocean with table and chairs for eating outside.
Open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, normal oven and microwave oven.
Bathroom with WC and shower.
A very bright south bedroom with an XL double bed. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Freshly renovated. Also available for single room rental.
Elevator. Wi-fi (fiber).
Garage in the basement.

Apartment 10 minutes walk from the shuttle (boat) which leads to the city of Hondarribia (Spain). Beach, port, shops, restaurants, casino, club-disco and promenade of Txingudi bay on foot.
It is also near the naturist beach of Hendaye and the Château d'Abbadie (all on foot).
Metro to go to Donostia-San Sebastián at 4km (Spanish borderline).
