Wie bei Amelie

Beeindruckendes Haus und eine sehr individuelle schöne Wohnung mit ganz besonderem persönlichen Charme - und die Lage nur wenige Meter vom Grand Plage entfernt ist einfach fantastisch. Man muss sich schon ein wenig drauf einlassen - auf die Vasen, GemĂ€lde, bunte Sofa-Zusammenstellung, dann kann man es auch genießen. Es ist auf jeden Fall alles da, was man braucht, und es funktioniert auch alles. Besonders gefallen hat uns die kleine KĂŒche im TĂŒrmchenzimmer.

Pas adapté à la location

Belle maison idĂ©alement situĂ©e. Cependant l’appartement n’est pas adaptĂ© pour la location. Aucune place pour poser ses affaires, les lieux sont surchargĂ©s d’objets et les rangements sont occupĂ©s par les affaires du propriĂ©taire, Ă©galement par sa nourriture. Sur les 6 couchages annoncĂ©s 3 sont en Ă©tat, 1 mĂ©diocre et 2 insalubres. Pour les 2 salles de bain, une est ok, l’autre est un WC dans le grenier Ă  la limite de l’accessibilitĂ©. MalgrĂ© de jolis volume, l’état gĂ©nĂ©ral de l’appartement est dĂ©plorable et surtout trĂšs mal entretenu. Mais bon le propriĂ©taire pense qu’il est tout propre

Das alte Haus hat Geschichte und ist keine typische Unterkunft - die Matratzen durchgelegen, der ausgebaute Speicher ein Paradies fĂŒr Ă€ltere Kinder, aber warm und staubig.Unsere MĂ€dels haben dann lieber im Wohnzimmer geschlafen. Zugleich super ausgestattete KĂŒche, alles charmant und kitschig (wer's mag - wir schon), und die Lage in Biarritz traumhaft zentral aber ruhig, ein paar Minuten zum Grande Plage, Supermarkt und alle CafĂ©s um die Ecke und ein Parkplatz auf dem Hof -allein schon 5 Sterne wert. Kommunikation leider im Vorfeld eher schlecht, Kontakt per Sms brach kurz vor Ankunft ab, keiner da als wir kamen und auch kein Name an der TĂŒr, wir waren nach 1 h Warten schon auf dem Weg zur Polizei. WĂ€re besser gewesen, mit der Vermieterin persönlich zu kommunizieren (auf französisch), und/oder den Code fĂŒr die TĂŒr zu bekommen..
