Come stay in this charming, newly renovated house where everything is brand new!

Ideally located on the waterfront in Soulac-Sur-Mer—just park your car and explore everything on foot: the beach, market, shops, and restaurants are all less than 2 minutes away.

Outside, you can enjoy the fenced-in garden, the covered patio with a garden table, lounge chairs, and the BBQ.

Inside, you’ll find an air-conditioned living area with an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and juicer...
You’ll have access to 2 bedrooms with large closets (brand-new Emma bedding in 160x200 cm), a third bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed as well as a 90x190 cm bunk bed with a closet, a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, and a separate toilet.

We do everything we can to make your arrival as pleasant as possible by providing you with salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, coffee, tea, sugar, soap, and a sponge on your first day...

A high chair and a car seat can be provided free of charge.

Cleaning and bed linen fees are mandatory and are charged at €200 per week in addition to the rental price.

Pets are not allowed.

Schöne Wohnung, Lage 100%

Sonne, Wind, Bummeln und abends ausgehen war alles dabei und sehr schön. Toller Markt und naheliegende Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wohnung sehr sauber und wirklich toll dekoriert. Moderne Einrichtung. Klare Weiterempfehlung.
