Beautiful house of two floors and two bedrooms, very bright, with 10,000m2 of garden and swimming pool only for use of the condominium. 2 bedrooms 1.5 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, dining room and living room. Air conditioning in all the rooms. Hot water 24/7. Parking for 1 car. Security access. The beach is 10 minutes away by car. You have Walmart and La Comer (supermarkets) at 5 min, La Isla is 15 min. drive and you will find restaurants, Liverpool, Sears. Barra Vieja 30 minutes by car.
