About the host
Your host

I've lived in East Hampton in the summers through high school, then year round after college in NYC. I've worked in local government and for the Peconic Land Trust and The Nature Conservancy doing conservation work. I also worked as a private land use consultant for 15 years.
Why they chose this property
This property is a special refuge from the world. Its quiet, bucolic (former farm with most of the land preserved), dark sky setting, lowers blood pressure. There is access to many walking trails and beaches nearby. Its a great spot for writers, artists or musicians who want to have some serenity to work or recharge.
What makes this property unique
Fenced in 1/2 dog area with dog doors. Deer graze at dusk in the preserved pastures and meadows.
