Completely renovated in 2022/2023, this 100 m² house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a main house, an annex and a garage. Ideal for 2 families as each can be independent and 3 bathrooms to avoid traffic jams.

For your moments of relaxation, an interior courtyard (30 m²) welcomes you as well as a patio (21 m²), a real haven of peace and an ideal place to share, in a friendly atmosphere and out of sight, aperitifs and dinners around the charcoal barbecue.

On the ground floor of the house, overlooking the patio, you will enjoy a fully equipped open kitchen and enjoy the living room with its authentic charm, with its stone walls, screen and TV corner.

Upstairs:
- A bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200 with an en-suite bathroom and toilet, large closet, flat screen TV wall mounted 32 inches. The 2 beds can be joined on request to form a 180x200 (adult mattresses).
- A pretty master suite (queen size bed 160x200) with its private shower room and toilet, large closet, 32-inch wall-mounted flat screen TV.

High quality and new bedding (2023 season). Hairdryer provided in each bathroom.

The appendix:
- One bedroom (queen size bed of 160x200).
- A bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90x190.
- Shared en-suite shower room (hairdryer also provided).
- A real hut, children will appreciate the mezzanine for a moment of reading or games that we make available to them.

Equipment: free and unlimited Wi-Fi connection, new Schmidt kitchen, numerous appliances (filter coffee maker and Nespresso, kettle, toaster, mixer and blender, electronic kitchen scale, waffle iron, raclette machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, traditional oven and microwave), 126 cm flat screen TV and blu-ray DVD player...

For the little ones and at no extra charge: travel cot, mattress, high chair, baby bath and toilet adapter. Undersheet and fitted sheet also provided.

Other points to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay: you don't have to worry about laundry.
Bed, towels and household linen are included. Beds are made on arrival.
Please note: bed linen and towels are provided only for the number of people declared in the booking.

Optional:

Any additional addition as well as the change of linen during the stay is possible but at an additional cost. The same applies to cleaning during the stay.

Basic necessities on arrival: coffee, tea, sugar, flour, pasta, rice, salt, pepper, oils, condiments, dishwashing liquid, sponges, household products... as well as a pharmacy in case of emergency.

Mandatory cleaning fee: €180.

It is possible to park for free on the street in front of the house (a real advantage in Ars) and free public parking is 2 minutes away.

Throughout your stay, a person on site is at your disposal in case of need.

Parties are prohibited.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The use of the stove is prohibited.

An outdoor camera is installed in the entrance courtyard (below one of the two living room shutters) and is intended to secure the entrance gate and the wall overlooking the street. This is activated only when the house is not rented. This camera is not active in the presence of guests.
