Great House with a very convenient location in Ars-en-Re

The house is a newly renovated townhouse in high quality, with all amenities needed and with a great location in Ars-en-Re. We - a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (10y & 12y) had a great stay in the house during a week in July 2023. The host and property assistant are both very helpful and accessible. Very recommendable.

"Five Stars All Around – Can’t Wait to Return!"

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Muriel’s house in Ars en RĂ© (perfect! From the moment we arrived, Muriel and her family gave us such a warm and lovely welcome. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made us feel right at home. A special thank you to Virginie as well — the cleaning was spotless and done with such care and discretion. The house is perfectly located in the heart of Ars-en-RĂ©, a truly lovely and charming village that we just love. The whole experience was wonderful, and we would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Sehr herzlicher Empfang! Die Betten wurden nach unseren WĂŒnschen vorbereitet. Die Wohnung ist ruhig, sehr sauber und auf dem neuesten Stand. Alles ist sehr groß und gerĂ€umig. Wir konnten unsere zwei Teenager im eigenen Haus unterbringen. Die KĂŒche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Die beiden Patios bieten viel privaten Raum, es kann gegrillt werden. In der großen Garage ist genĂŒgend Platz fĂŒr RĂ€der, ohne die ein Urlaub auf der Insel keinen Sinn macht. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison spacieuse et refaite Ă  neuf, parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©e (notamment avec un bĂ©bĂ©) et trĂšs propre. Nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les espaces extĂ©rieurs, le calme et la localisation. TrĂšs bonne communication avec la propriĂ©taire Muriel ainsi qu’avec Manon trĂšs disponible tout au long du sĂ©jour.

Confort, espace et calme !

Cette maison n’a pas de dĂ©faut. Elle a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e avec goĂ»t et fonctionnalitĂ©. Les Ă©quipements sont bien pensĂ©s y compris pour des enfants en bas Ăąge. Elle est situĂ©e dans une rue calme (bien que Ars-en-RĂ©) soit relativement calme le soir. Les piĂšces sont isolĂ©es les unes des autres. Nous avons eu toutes les explications de Muriel Ă  l’arrivĂ©e sur les diffĂ©rents points techniques de la maison. Mention spĂ©ciale pour le garage qui nous permettait de stocker nos affaires, notre linge et les vĂ©los, ainsi que pour la dĂ©pendance avec la cabane des enfants. Un havre de paix pour dĂ©jeuner et dĂźner sur la terrasse (peu ĂȘtre moins pour nos voisins avec nos enfants en bas Ăąge !) Je valide agrĂ©ment la literie qui est trĂšs bien ! Si je dois trouver un ou deux dĂ©tail Ă  amĂ©liorer : - quelques serviettes de toilettes en plus (il n’y en avait pas pour la chambre des enfants) - la porte coulissante de la chambre parentale est un peu dure Ă  ouvrir. Mais pour en revenir Ă  ma phrase d’accroche, cette maison, c’est le top ! Allez y !
