This iconic tower is 5 minutes from PBI airport and 10 minutes from beautiful Palm Beach. Cityplace/The Square is a newly renovated city with upscale shopping, restaurants and bars. Private parking spot. 24 hr. concierge/doorman. Free Trolley/Circuit rides around the city, Tri-Rail and Brightline to Orlando attractions or Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Please note our Tower is undergoing Window and Sliding Glass Door replacement through 2024. Our unit has been upgraded and complete however, construction noise may be heard M-F 9AM-4PM.

Perfect condo!

I had a great stay at Steve’s condo. I was there for about 8 weeks and had no issues. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo building has friendly staff, a 24/7 doorman, and a great pool/hot tub. The location can’t be beat! Steve is very friendly, accessible, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.
