Ideal for executives, professionals, medical travelers and extended stays, the condo offers a king bedroom, private balcony, dedicated garage parking, in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and a 65-inch 4K streaming television.

The residence is located in CityPlace Tower with 24-hour concierge/doorman service, resort-style pool and hot tub, fitness center and media room. One private parking space is included.

The location is one of the property's biggest advantages. CityPlace dining, shopping and entertainment are just outside the building. The Palm Beach County Convention Center is approximately a 2-minute walk, the Kravis Center approximately 3 minutes away, and Clematis Street and the Brightline station are easily accessible from the property. Palm Beach, the beach and the airport are only a short drive away.

Clean and easy process to stay here. Steve was a fantastic host. This unit is located in a perfect spot for anyone visiting west Palm beach. I highly recommend and will miss my time staying here.

Steve was a great host and very responsive to our requests. The location was great. We had access to all of the shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The accommodations could use a little TLC. Yet overall very pleased.

Great stay in City Place

We had a wonderful summer stay in this condo! The unit was perfect for our needs and was in beautiful, safe and lively area with great restaurants, shops and activities. Parking is included with this condo and is in a prime location. Great for long term stays! Steve is a fantastic and very responsive host. 5 stars!!

Perfect condo!

I had a great stay at Steve’s condo. I was there for about 8 weeks and had no issues. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The condo building has friendly staff, a 24/7 doorman, and a great pool/hot tub. The location can’t be beat! Steve is very friendly, accessible, and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay for Internship

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! I was in West Palm for a summer internship and stayed here for about two months.Check-in was smooth, and Al the doorman was especially welcoming and helpful. All the staff were equally kind and attentive throughout my stay.The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. The building’s amenities were never too crowded and always worked well.The location is unbeatable—safe, walkable, and right above CityPlace, with tons of great shops, restaurants, and things to do.Steve was a fantastic host—responsive, helpful, and thoughtful with detailed check-in/check-out info and great local recommendations, including restaurant happy hours!Highly recommend, especially for longer stays—10/10!
