Fantastic location in Dallas' Trinity Groves neighborhood, only a quick 5-minute drive over the Margret Hunt bridge to Downtown! This brand new home is +2200 square feet of modern black and gold luxury! Built with the highest quality fixtures and finishes, you'll be able to impress and entertain tons of guests in our open living room space. Great for family events, wedding celebrations, and watch parties. Comfortable ultra-plush beds in every room will leave everyone with a goodnight's sleep!

Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM

The Perfect Get Away

This house was amazing! Me and my colleagues stayed for the weekend and it was enough to fit 16 of us plus a few guests.The outside area is nice and the neighbors are nice as well. We really enjoyed this stay and looking forward to future stays!

I hosted my birthday weekend at the hosts stay and it was perfect! The space was so cute and nice and the host was very communicative!We ran a bit late for our checkout time and when I communicated to him he gave us more than an hour extra grace period! It was the perfect weekend, thank you so much, everyone had so much fun.
