Cute house!! Host is great! Second time staying here. Quick communication and everything set up perfectly. Love the hot tub! The house is in a great location close to everything. The house has everything you need so easy prep and smooth trip. We love staying in the historic part of the island and the residents make you feel like a part of the community. This will be our go-to house for all of our visits in the future.

There is no other place I can imagine as unique, laid back and charming as Daufuskie, and this place is the best to decompress!

Absolutely amazing stay! I cannot say enough about this beautiful house! It was everything it advertised and more! Definitely takes some planning/coordinating (no cars, no groceries stores, etc) but that makes the experience that much more exciting! We are already planning for another stay next year!

Perfect getaway! Hot tub was awesome and used every night. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Grill worked great. Daufuskie is such a charming little island. We will be returning again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay; the storybook cottage has everything you could need and things you didn’t think of needing ! It was quiet, comfy and very restful - look forward to visiting again !

Great Getaway

My family of 5 had a wonderful time at the Storybook Cottage! It was stocked with everything we could need and then some. The owner was very quick to respond when I had a question. We loved the location and had great neighbors. We would definitely stay there again!
