About this property

Maison Proche de la Plage

We welcome you to our 85 m² house in the Baie de Somme. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac 300 metres from the beach and less than 800 metres from the city centre and the port of Le Crotoy.
It is ideal for family stays (up to 6 people maximum).
The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bright and air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed overlooking the outdoor courtyard. The courtyard includes a garden table for 6 people, a barbecue and a parasol. You will also find on the ground floor a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine.
Upstairs two air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with televisions, the first with a double bed and the second with two single beds. A bathroom with walk-in shower and towel dryer as well as a separate toilet.
We provide a travel cot, a baby bath, a high chair and crockery for the children.
You can park two cars in front of the house (private spaces).

Deuxième séjour dans cette maison qui est parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour de qualité.Quelques suggestions : ajouter une ou deux chaises longues dans le jardin et une ou deux casseroles dans la cuisine. La possibilité de se garer sur un emplacement de parking privatif est un grand avantage.Les commerces de la rue principale sont facilement accessibles à pied à partir de la maison.Bref, rien à redire et nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Gîte très spacieux , très propre , avec tout ce qu'il faut . Une décoration actuelle où il fait bon vivre . La petite cour intérieure est un plus . Situé dans une impasse , c'est un environnement très calme et il y a de quoi garer 2 voitures devant . Je recommande ce gîte !

Jolie maison

Séjour parfait dans cette agréable petite maison. Il faut bien dire que la météo nous a gâtés. Rien ne manque dans cette maison, tout est très propre et la place de parking devant la maison est un véritable atout, vu que le parking est payant partout au Crotoy. A refaire avec plaisir.
