Stayed here rather than paying over-inflated prices in Madison when it’s a home football weekend. Place was clean and very comfortable beds. Liked that there was a fan in both bedrooms for us to use. Would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was just what we were looking for as a base camp for helping our friend move. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. Very convenient to shops and restaurants. The furniture was comfortable and the parking was great.
We came down for midwest horse fair. Older appt and we had the wrong code to get in. However, the owner responded to my call right away and got us right in. Cute little place, served it's purpose for me and my girls.
Came to Wisconsin for a quick get-away and to do some cycling. Apartment perfectly situated to hit the road on our bikes and also close to Madison.
Quiet neighboorhood and the apartment building is well maintained.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I noticed an oscillating fan that wasn't working and let the owner know; Maureen took care of it right away. The location is ideal. Close to New Glarus, Madison, and so many other great places to visit. We found some interesting games to play in the kitchen closet: Cat Crimes and Twizzle. One thing perhaps a bit surprising for an apartment: very quiet. Didn't hear any neighbor the entire visit!
It was an older apartment that was nicely remodeled! Very nice neighborhood. Quiet area. The only negative was we went on a HOT summer weekend and it only had a window unit in the living room and fans in the bedrooms, so the bedrooms were hot. On the nice day we opened the windows.
My best friend from 3rd grade and I had a great weekend in this rental! We were both visiting our adult daughters who live in Madison/Verona. It was excellent location for both seeing Verona, Epic, and downtown Madison. Highlights of downtown are Kismet, an independent bookstore and the restaurant The Sow's Ear. Everyone is so kind! Also, I would recommend Graze for downtown Madison--wonderful tapas and cocktails! The rental itself is a little worn, but it has everything necessary for a nice stay with proximity to the above great restaurants. Also, on Main St in Verona there is a really cute boutique called The Purple Goose! Lovely!

Really enjoyed the place. It provided a cozy place to relax after long days of work. Quiet, good amenities, and the fireplace was a nice touch! Will definitely stay here again on my next trip out to WI!
The apartment itself is cute, and clean, with everything we needed for a good stay. It is in an 8 plex, so there is some neighbor noise, but not bad. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication with owners was excellent, very easy to deal with!
We had a lovely few days in this apartment that was exactly as advertised. It was a perfect home base for visiting family in the area and we loved being so close to the Military Ridge Trail.

Tripping hazard
Property was an apartment building and apartment was on the second floor. From the pictures it looks like a duplex and I thought there would be first floor access. Be prepared to walk a flight of stairs. Also, the sidewalk in front of the building is very decrepit with huge chunks taken out, so it was a tripping hazard and also broke one of the wheels off my cases as I was approaching the main outdoor.
