Close to the thermal baths of Préchacq-les-Bains, Saint-Paul-les-Dax, and Dax, France's leading spa town, this cottage is ideally located for a relaxing getaway for two. This ground-floor cottage offers: a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas stove, electric oven, microwave, and washing machine a lounge area with a sofa and armchairs, and a TV corner a bedroom with a double bed (2 steps to access) a bathroom with a shower tray and curtain, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is available. For your convenience, reversible air conditioning is available in the living room. Private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
