Newly renovated Ocean House condo at Lewes Beach with spectacular balcony views of the Delaware Bay, Ferry Terminal, Lighthouses and the Delaware Bay. Easy walk to the Dairy Queen, restaurants, bike/beach gear rentals and shopping in downtown Lewes. Close to Cape Henlopen State Park and Junction Breakwater Bike Trail.

The Ocean House is the ideal location for your vacation with an elevator in the building, laundry facilities on each floor, off-street parking all within walking distance of town and the beach.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

It's a place to stay

This rental is average, all the furniture is uncomfortable, but if all you need is quick access to the water then this place is good. The kitchen is nice and we felt the building and environment was safe. Lots of traffic in the parking lot and the deck is good for people watching but not the view. Good for paddle boarding and bike riding. It's a place to stay...
