Welcome to Sea La Vie oceanfront Bahamas townhouse in beautiful Delaporte Point. Delaporte is a small private gated community on the peninsula of the world famous Cable Beach. The grounds host a private white sand beach and 2 gorgeous private oceanfront pools overlooking the crystal blue waters. The community has a 24 hour security and a guarded gate.

Enjoy luxury in this gorgeous newly furnished island home. Sea La Vie features 3 King bedrooms, and 3.5 bathrooms with an ocean front patio and BBQ. On the second floor, the coral room has an ensuite full bath with ocean views, and the yellow room has a full hallway bath. The upstairs boasts ocean views, a full ensuite, and a small single futon sleeper. The unit also has a Queen blow up air mattress. There is an additional powder room on the first floor.

This chef's kitchen comes fully equipped or you can choose to BBQ on the oceanfront private balcony while watching boats pass in the distance. The unit has a new washer/dryer. There are beach towels and chairs (4) for your water adventures. The US VPN Wifi allows you to stream TV via the most popular streaming services. Sea La Vie is close to the newly opened Baha Mar hotel and casino and many restaurants and activities.

Bahamas with great friends

Our stay was February 1 to March 8. Communication with Ken (owner) and Chris (site manager) was exceptional. Response from each was very timely and helpful. In all of our travels over the past 25 years Chris is the most competent and helpful manager we have had the pleasure to work with. The unit met our needs and considering the way economics is going the rental cost was reasonable. The complex is located about 25 minutes south of Nassau in a very comfortable residential area very close to grocery stores, wine shops and restaurants. The complex is a gated community with 24-hour guards. The townhome is three floors with 2 bedrooms on the second floor and one bedroom on the third floor. Beds were comfortable and no one had any difficulty sleeping. The entire home was comfortable for 6 adults. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware needed for cooking meals. Appliances were in good condition. The water for the ice machine is provided through a 5 gallon bottle of water. If more water is needed the empty bottle is taken to the local grocery store for refund and purchase of a new bottle. Living room adequately fit the adults. The television operates using the internet connection which blocked stations (IP address) from the United States. Apple TV, Netflix and You Tube have availability of movies and a 24 hour delay in streaming the news. The only television time we had was to watch the super bowl. Delaporte Point townhouse

Spent 2 great weeks with friends in this townhouse at Delaporte Point. This is a wonderful location in a gated, secured property. We had a few issues the first few days...(Wifi, air conditioning, BBQ problems) But have to say that Chris the townhouse Mgr was GREAT! He was prompt in responding to the issues and all were resolved quickly. Our complaint was overall cleanliness of the townhouse. (Hair in 2 of the showers...carpet not vacuumed...) We all questioned whether the place had been completely cleaned before we arrived...and somewhat disappointed because previous reviewers had noted the cleanliness of this rental. In any event, we really enjoyed our time there. Ken, the owner, had provided wonderful recommendations for beaches to visit, places to eat and snorkeling excursions. Many thanks. The pool and patio area is wonderful and spent many afternoons relaxing and simply enjoying the water. Could not ask for a better location and appreciated the communication and support from Chris. A fantastic vacation in a beautiful spot.

Amazing Stay

We stayed over the 2023 Christmas Holiday and had an amazing time. The house was exactly as advertised and the views from the back patio were stunning. We had a few minor issues and Chris was on it! Great communication from Chris every step of the way. We reached out to Ken and Chris for recommendations and they were both always available to send us in the right direction. I would recommend this property to everyone.
