Nice clean but over price Be ready to wake up at 6 am because the room facing the beach and the living room area has no window treatments blinds nor curtains Be careful with the steps they are not even some smaller that other Rooms are small Check in is at 4 and more places are but check out is at 9 AM early that any place I have ever stayed We will not be coming back sorry

Property was nice but it needs a good thorough cleaning from top to bottom. Both showers had mold growing all over which was pretty disgusting. Needs some lighting on the outdoor stairs bc it’s completely dark going down them at night. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced it was very uncomfortable and it also has a funky smell to it The house was nice and very close to the beach. Nice having a shady area to get under when the sun is blaring. Wasn’t too happy when they sent a text saying we might be able to get in early check in but when I called at 2:30 they said we couldn’t check in early. Complete BS especially when I know for a fact the house hadn’t been rented for the two nights prior to our arrival. Do me a favor and don’t send texts like that if you know for a fact you’re not letting anyone in early.

This property was in a great location. The house is laid out well and comfortable. We had 5 adults and a toddler and there was plenty of room for all of us. Would definitely stay here again if we go back to Gulf Shores!

We had an amazing stay. The layout of the home was perfect. The different seating areas on the decks was so smart… some covered, part not. The location couldn’t have been any better. How can you beat staying Oceanside… waking up and within one minute walking onto the beach. So perfect!

The property itself is AMAZING. Great amenities great location and extremely comfortable!!!Some things I would change I would take some of the over abundance of serving platters out to leave room for guests to bring their stuff. Too much brick brack. Also detail needs to be done on the bathroom shower door. We cleaned it when we were there and it’s easily done. The washer and dryer were easy to use for beach towels and clothes while we were there, but it’s very gunked up on the inside lint trap and it took many times to run towels through. It needs to be cleaned out. We found many of the pillows to be stained that were decorative pillows and it’s understood when a property is being rented that much that there’s no time to clean it, but it makes it yucky. They should be wiped down. The property itself is in good shape, but it just needs a little TLC in some spots. Totally understand the turnover during summer as we were previously a VRBO owners of a rental property

The beach view is unobstructed and spectacular! The house is very clean, beds are comfortable. Well stocked kitchen and lovely deck. The only suggestion I might make in the spirit of helpfulness is better sheets and towels. Otherwise, we would love to stay here again, a wonderful beachfront home.
