The Villa has a private pool, is located in the exclusive community of Los Delfines Golf and Country Club, near Montezuma, Santa Teresa, Cobano and others.
With private access to Tambor beach located just 400 meters away, there are tables, chairs, showers and reclining loungers at the beach.
The club also features a Golf course, a Large Pool for adults and Kids, Papi Football, Tennis, Pickle Ball, Basketball courts, beautiful gardens, and exotic Fauna such as hundreds of scarlet macaws.
The house is located inside a Beachfront Golf and Country Club.
It's extremely safe as It's very private and there is 24/7 security.
The House has 4 rooms 3 full bathrooms.
Parking for up to 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in front of the house.
The house has a very kid friendly private pool in it's very jungle looking backyard, which has a large Almendro Tree that provides food to the Macaw guests and amazing shade to the human guests. :)  The Almendro tree attracts red macaws as it provides one of their favorite fruits. These beautiful birds are the most common animal in the community due to a program that was started in this community to preserve their species. You can see them and hear them all day long.
PS: Per request, the Washer and Dryer can become available for an additional charge of $25 per day.

The Villa It's located inside a very ecological gated community call Los Delfines Golf and Country Club, which is located in the Ballena Bay (Whale Bay). This bay earned It's name after many humpback and other whales visited.
The neighborhood is surrounded by wild life. The scarlet macaws(Ara macaw) are the more predominant and loud neighbors, since a program to preserve their species took place in this community and helped them thrive.
Their beautiful and magical presence makes you feel in harmony with nature.
White tailed deers, howler monkeys and large iguanas are also spotted often in this neighborhood and/or even in our houses (you can appreciate some pictures in this profile).
The club has private access to two very lonely and calm beaches (Pochote and Tambor), where the Olive Ridley turtle loves to come and spawn her eggs.
If interested, during their nesting season(July through November) we can help you get in contact with the "Tortugas Bahia Tambor" organization for the possibility to patrol these beaches seeking for nests, the actual turtles, and/or to assist in the release of the new born turtles. These would all take place in these two beaches located about 500 meters from the house.
The Golf course inside this community is stunning. The National Golf Association of Costa Rica ranks it one of the top golf courses in Costa Rica. It's also considered one of the largest 9 hole courses in Central America.
If you have prior experience playing Golf, you can reserve, pay and rent what's necessary such as: green fee, Golf clubs and Golf cars at the club house to enjoy this amazing course.
The amenities of the club include a Club house, Tennis, Basketball, soccer courts, a large Pool for adults and for children.
There is a very complete mini market in the entrance for your convenience.
From Thursday to Sunday a Pizzeria and bar restaurant is open by the main beach entrance.
Tour companies can pick you up in this beaches to take you on various tours and/or activities such as fishing, snorkeling, boat cruises. Hiking tours to Wildlife Reserves & Parks and adventure tours such as ATV & Zipline.
There are many other activities that can be done when visiting the neighboring Wildlife Refuge Curú, such as observing or swiming with bioluminescense, the phenomenon of the lights in the water, caused by organisms that react to movement. 
Tour to Tortuga Island where you can go snorkeling at one of the best snorkeling and swimming sites of the Costa Rican Pacific Coast and see King Angel Fish, Damsel Fish and Cortez Angel Fish, among others. Or you can also go scuba diving.
For a more Hotel like experience or activities, you can visit the Barceló Tambor Hotel located in the same beach(Tambor), where you can find different activities such as Horse back riding tours, massages, spa and others.
Also you can pay for a day or full day pass which includes their all inclusive food and drinks package throughout the period of time that you are there.
