het huisje was perfect; de locatie was heel slecht we hebben geen 1x in de tuin kunnen zitten door de geurhinder van het fabriek dat niet ver van het huis lag echt een penitreerende benzine geur das echt jammer!!we hebben wel een heel vriendelijk en behulpzaame ontvangst gehad door de poetsvrouw heel behulpzaam!!

Merci pour vos observations. Je suis sensible à l'expression de vos satisfactions concernant la présentation, l'accueil et l'accompagnement de l'habitation.  En ce qui concerne les odeurs liées à l’activité du complexe pétrochimique situé à trois kilomètres du lieu d’habitation, on observe que la conjonction exceptionnelle de phénomènes météorologiques (températures extrêmes, absence totale des vents...) explique la concentration d’odeurs désagréables durant plusieurs jours.  Sachez que la municipalité, les élus et ses habitants ont réagi auprès des représentants du complexe pétrochimique pour limiter au mieux cette situation à caractère exceptionnel.   C’est pourquoi, bien que rare, j’avais anticipé les gènes possibles de cette proximité industrielle en ajustant les prix volontairement modérés du logement.
