 1st floor of a detached house in a sunny and quiet dream location. You can admire the Berchtesgaden mountains from your balcony or terrace. It is only 2.5 km to the Königssee.
Your apartment is surrounded by nature and hiking trails.
You enjoy absolute peace. There is no through traffic.

The lovingly furnished apartment has:
2 separate bedrooms with double beds.

A kitchen with a large dining area
 (Dining table, 3-seater bench and 4 chairs)
  3 - seat sofa, side table.

The modern fully equipped corner kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric stove with 4-ring ceramic hob and oven, Senseo pad coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender, microwave, plenty of dishes and good knives offers you everything You need.

Additional living room!
Equipment: 2 satellite TV flat screens, stereo system with MP3 connection, DVD player, and 1 clock radio. Safe.

The feel-good bathroom has 2 sinks, round shower, corner bath with integrated whirlpool - towel warmer, cosmetic mirror, hair dryer and toilet.
Separate shower room with toilet, sink and hair dryer.
Care products are available.

Hand and shower towels, as well as tea towels are provided by us and exchanged free of charge every 5 days on request.

There is a cloakroom and a full-length mirror in the hallway.
There is a built-in safe for your valuables.

From all rooms you have access to the balcony with a wonderful view of the mountain panorama.
You can enjoy your breakfast on the balcony or watch the sunset over dinner.

The lawn and a seat outside invite you to relax.
From your balcony you have a fantastic view of the Berchtesgaden mountains: Kehlstein, high Göll, high board and on the Jenner.

Amazing view!

The property was better than expected. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it was perfect for two couples. There is plenty to do in the area and we maximized our stay with sightseeing and hiking.

Wonderful apartment!

Our stay in Schönau am Königsee was absolutely wonderful, and much of that was due to the excellent accommodations! The apartment is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with excellent views of the surrounding mountains. I could see Kehlsteinhaus from my bedroom! Everything we could possibly need was available to us. I could easily make meals in the lovely kitchen, and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The property owners were extremely kind and helpful, and they had a large selection of tourist books and pamphlets available in the apartment to help us decide on our daily activities. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while I was on vacation, and I hope to return for additional stays in the future. A big thank you to the Ressner family!

Top Urlaub

Unser Urlaub war wieder sehr schön. Wir hatten wohl die schönsten 2 Wochen dieses Sommers erwischt. Jeden Tag wandern und abends in der Ferienwohnung runter kommen. Die Vermieterin war wie immer sehr nett . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist unschlagbar. Sehr empfehlenswert, weil total ruhig gelegen.

Traumhafter Urlaub in Schönau am Königssee

Luxus FeWo am Königssee

Wir waren 11 Nächte bei Frau Reßner zu Gast. Die Lage der Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge. Von allen Zimmern kann man auf den Balkon. Küche super ausgestattet. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Luxus Badezimmer und ein Gäste WC mit Dusche. Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen

Schöne gepflegte FeWo, alles vorhanden

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tagsüber sonnig, aber geschützt durch den Dachüberstand. Abends sind wir gerne mit einem Getränk ein paar Schritte zu „unserer“ Bank gegangen, um die Sonne noch zu genießen. Mit Bussen alleine kommt man nicht zurecht, man braucht ein Auto.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub

Wir hatten schon letztes Jahr den Urlaub hier gebucht und haben uns schon sehr darauf gefreut. Unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen.
