- Beautiful living room of about 20 m², corner lounge sofa bed, armchairs, TV, dining area with high table and stools
- Open kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, no dishwasher or washing machine.

-Parking space in the basement, not accessible to 4x4 (space too small)

- The tip of Cap Ferret and its lighthouse
- The Aquarium museum

You will take advantage of all the attractions of the Basin, to discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver in Arcachon, with its superb houses from the beginning of the century, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view on the Basin!
The little train in front of the tourist office will give you lots of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view, a treat for the young and old alike...
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, the port of La Teste is waiting for you, of Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon or La Teste (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then leave to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla!
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers pier to Cap Ferret or departure from the Moulleau pier (be careful to check the tide times), the island of birds, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre river, at the ornithological park in Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
