The tiny house was perfect!

So cute, super clean and host was great! Best nights of sleep we’ve had in a long time. Super close to lots of great restaurants and things to do. The pool was the perfect size to relax the day away. We loved the tiny house!

Nice stay

Super cute place. Very comfortable and cozy. Plenty of towels, washcloths and soap ( most places don’t provide enough). Neighborhood was a little concerning but there was plenty of law enforcement patrolling and we did not run into any issues.

Great house to stay

It was all that was advertised and more. House was surprisingly big due to the vaulted ceilings. The pool in the back was just perfect for my daughter, wife and I. Felt very private even with houses around. The parking situation that does have some people concerned wasn't that big of an issue at all. All but a 2 minute walk around the corner and we never had an issue with getting the closest spot. The street the house is on is a mix of great peeps and some sketchy ones, but like most places, if you don't bug no one, no one bugs you. I at no point felt unsafe, even walking down the street at night with my 5 year old daughter. The street is plenty lite at night anyway. The location is great for all the things on the south side of town. Which is my favorite part.

Fantastic, cozy place to stay in St Augustine!

Everything was just as it looks in the pictures. Very clean & cozy! Just a short walk to King St and all attractions. Would highly recommend The Tiny House. Just something to keep in mind if you have more than one couple in the house is that the 2 bathrooms are only separated by glass shower doors, therefore if you want privacy, only 1 bathroom can be occupied at a time. If you like to sleep in, bring eye masks because the white rooms and early sunrise make it look like noon at 6:00am. Beds and pillow are super comfy! Love that they provide full bottles of quality shampoo and conditioner. Pool area is great! Only reason for 4 starts on location was that a neighbor mentioned that homeless were helping themselves to accommodations in the abandoned home next door, although we did not see or hear them and had no issues, it was a little unnerving walking home late. We will be back!!

Great home in historic Lincolnville

Home is comfy with beautiful sunny rooms. Spent Christmas weekend and loved our easy walk to enjoy old town sites, shopping, dining. Dog Rose Brewing just a few blocks away was great fun with great craft brews. Beds are super comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked, spacious. Large Smart TV is great. Jack and Jill bath is a bit awkward and not completely private. It does have frosted glass doors on both sides of walk in shower, but half baths are not completely closed off to noise from the other side.

Great space and location!

My friends and I had a great stay at this very unique, updated and well designed house. The check in process couldn’t have been easier and communication with the owners was quick and efficient. The location is great and is easy walking distance to downtown. Street parking was also no problem at all. The house had plenty of room for the 4 of us and the small pool and patio in the back is a great addition. I would definitely recommend this place and would return again the next time my travels bring me back to the area.

Charming tiny house

Home itself is very charming. Beds were comfy and we really enjoyed the small pool. Danny was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Only thing bad was the parking on the streets and sketchy home down the street when returning in the dark. Overall a great trip.

Cute and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and it turned out to be a wonderful trip. The house is clean and very comfortable. The beds were awesome. The bathroom situation would be awkward for more than 1 couple as it’s a shared shower with minimal privacy but it’s not bad. Its close enough to downtown that it worked out great with our scooters but would have been difficult if we had to walk everywhere. Would rent again,

When we arrived the house was blocked off due to the house right next it was being completely demolished. We tried called the owner several times even before our arrival and received to answer. After spending 2 hours of our vacation time trying to communicate with the owner finally a VRBO representative answered and we spent another hour sending him pictures of what was going on on the house next door. We were trying to cancel and get our money back. This was already starting to start off our vacation horribly! 3 hours later the owner finally reached back to us and we explained the situation snd was able to cancel. The houses are side to side snd construction Materiel was laying on the house we rented! The noise was tremendously loud snd the demolishers were scheduled to be there all week! Therefore, we had to once again front more vacation money snd we ended up in the doubletree hotel for the week which was by far nicer.
