This charming and beautifully renovated 2 bedroom condo is located in the Futura Yacht Club community at mile marker 88.5 on the bay side in Islamorada.
This affordable condo comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, dining area, large living room and a balcony with great views of the community's two tennis courts. There are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. Convenient amenities, and a range of comforts like WiFi, washers/dryers located on each floor, central AC & heat. Dockage, boat ramp and boat trailer parking may be available for a fee.

4-5 days prior to your arrival, we will email instructions on where to pick up your gate cards. You will need those to enter the Futura gate.

Check-out time is 10 am and the cleaning crew will arrive shortly after your departure. PLEASE LEAVE GATE CARDS ON THE DINING TABLE IN THE UNIT.

Please wash all towels until the last days use. Please do not leave wet towels in the washer or dryer

The condo was cute, air conditioning worked great, comfortable couch, communication was clear, and priced right. Loved that the condo was right next to the laundry area, trash chute and elevator. Liked that the condo is gated. Liked the extras that were in the condo (portable fan, beach towels, etc). Condo manager was super nice! Everyone at Futura was super nice! Perfect condo for a small family. The kitchen was lovely. Only made microwave popcorn because it was a vacation. The only downside to this condo was the mattress on the double bed. It is a cheaper mattress that only a child could sleep on, not a teenager or adult.

Room great, property and building issues sadly

The Condo was comfortable and beautifully decored and room with 3 beds bigger than expected. 1 issue door lock had issues took a bit to figure out how to make it lock and unlock.

Clean condo, great location

The second bedroom is a lot smaller than it appears in the photo, but it was sufficient and worked for our three kids. The laundry room is shared at the end of the floor, but this condo is very close to it, and the eleven’s trash chute. The seasonal residents were so very friendly. We played pickleball in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again. The views of the ocean are breathtaking.
