Bayside Condo with Beach, Pool, Marina & Dockage, Pickle ball and Tennis

Your escape to our tropical paradise begins as you enter through the private gates of our community at Futura Yacht Club. Our spacious grounds offers a 65 slip deepwater marina, 2 lighted tennis courts, pickle ball court, large heated pool, beautiful sandy beach, and breathtaking bay views. Our docks handles boats up to 33 feet, (extra fee required for slip rental) water and electric is provided , in addition there is a boat ramp, trailer parking and 2 lighted fish cleaning tables. Enjoy watching manatees, tarpon and many other different species of fish and marine life in the clear waters in the marina. You may relax under the swaying palm trees in hammocks at our magnificent bayside beach. Enjoy dinner with a breathtaking sunset on the beach with one of the beach BBQ grills and sit under the stars or in the tiki hut.

Boat slips available for up to 33 ft boats. Additional Slip rental fee is required per week.
**Plus our Futura Yacht Club HOA charges-( upon arrival by credit card)-$150 fee for trailer parking and $50 boat registration fee during your stay. Plus proof of $300,000 liability insurance for your boat. These fees will not be on your rental agreement, but must be paid Direct to FUTURA YACHT CLUB on arrival.**

Islamorada is known as 'The sportfishing capital of the world'. In addition to fishing, Islamorada offers adventures in diving, snorkeling, parasailing, wind-surfing, kayaking, and a variety of nature excursions. Islamorada is also famous for some of the Keys best waterfront dining plus the best frozen tropical drinks anywhere. Our perfect bayside location is minutes from snake creek and tavernier creek for ocean side access . Plus a daytrip to Key West is about 2 hours to the south, and it is one of the prettiest drives you will ever take.

The interior of our condo is full of island charm with has a warm tropical feel. The master bedroom is spacious with its own private bath and walk in closet the second and third bedrooms have beautiful French doors and there is a private bath in the second bedroom. Our kitchen is fully equipped for a gourmet meal with lots of counter space and a large breakfast bar. We a have a have a TV in the living room and both bedrooms. There is also a separate freezer for your bait and fish plus a large outdoor balcony

Excellent everything

The property is conveniently located in the heart of Islamorada with access to everything by land or water. The condo is nice, clean and very comfortable. Boat ramp, trailer parking and the onsite pool are added bonuses. Very secure with gated access and the marina is deep and protected. If you are heading down to fish this place has easy ocean access and nice cleaning tables. We will be coming back again!

Plenty of room for a family of five. Swam and snorkeled off the beach area. Has a marina on-site if you have a boat. I will rent one next time. Owner is extremely helpful

Loved our stay at Glen Sharp's condo in Futura Yacht Club. Nice property, fully equipped. Yacht club harbor is like a giant display aquarium, full of snappers, groupers, parrotfish, nurse sharks, and even a friendly manatee! great sunsets on the beach. Restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby.

This is our second time at Futura and fist in this unit. It’s perfect for a small family. Has everything we needed, plenty of towels and unit was very clean. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Home Away From Home

This Location is beautifully kept. The evening sunsets are to die for. Glen is very helpful with all your needs. Pool you have mostly to yourself. Boat Slips are very well kept. Perfect for couple and families! We definitely would stay here again. They are doing some remodeling right now at location so there is alittle noise but mostly quiet. I loved i could do my laundry every day with a family of 5.

Wonderful condo

We stayed for a week and the condo was very homey which made it easy to settle in. The condo was clean, comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There is even a bait freezer for fishing. Glenn was quick with any questions I had. The grounds are clean and beautiful. There’s a basketball court so nephew was able to play basketball all week. The sunsets are amazing. Can’t wait to go back again.

I started coming to the keys over 40 years ago and I fell in love with the island charm. I enjoy the outdoors and I love to fish. I grew up boating and fishing with my dad in Chicago. I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida and Illinois.

Why they chose this property

Islamorada is nothing like the mainland of Florida. Its beautiful water and the many variety of fish to catch year round in this area, is what makes me so in love with the area.The area offers some of the warmest weather in the winter in the USA. The warm tropical gulfstream current keeps the island chain warmer than the mainland of Florida. Islamorada is perfectly located in the heart of the Keys, about 1 and half hours from Miami airport and Its about a 2 hour drive to Key West

What makes this property unique

I bought this property because it has a great location for boating and fishing plus a great marina. In addition it had some nice things for the family like a pool, tennis courts, and a beach. Islamorada This home has some of the greatest sunsets in the keys as it is located on the bayside with a beach.
