I had a great stay at this property! It’s new, nicely furnished, and very clean throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed—cookware, dishes, utensils—making it easy to prepare meals. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of having all the necessary supplies provided, including toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, dish soap, and hand soap. The location is excellent—close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to the freeways. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

Great place, great location, great host.

The condo had everything we needed. It was tastefully decorated including comfortable beds. The location was fantastic. Minute walk to the ocean, and close to Oceanside and Carlsbad with lots of options for restaurants. Roxie was a great host and responded to us quickly with any questions we had. Thank you Roxie for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very clean and comfortable place to stay

My wife and I stayed at this condo for approximately 5 weeks. WE found it to be very clean and well stocked with about anything that you might need for an extended stay. The unit has parking on the ground floor with a two car garage. This is very important s asking is at a premium. The kitchen and living room are on the 2nd floor. The master and spare bedrooms are on the 3rd floor. It's very convenient for both rooms to have their own bathroom. Up on top there is an outdoor deck with some distant ocean views. The condo it located about 3 blocks from the ocean but is an easy walk down the hill. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. Overall we would be happy to stay in this location again.

Great Long-Term Stay!

This stay was perfect for our long term contract employee! It was close to her facility and in a great location. The hosts were also great to work with and very communicative, we appreciate all of the help they gave us!

Great Long-Term Stay!

Our employee stayed her for a long term stay due to a work arrangement and she spoke of the residence and the host highly. Our company had a great experience working with the host throughout the stay and would recommend the location and host to others!

Amazing home!

I can’t recommend this property more highly! The whole experience was top notch. Beautiful home in a great location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and the rooftop is a perfect place to end the day with a view of the ocean.

Why they chose this property

We choose this area for its proximity to the beach and you can walk to almost anything you need versus getting in the car. Once we saw the roof top deck, we knew it was the place for us. Great walking along Pacific street to the north and south. Biking is also fun and safe in the area. We enjoy riding our e-bikes along the strand especially at sunset, unless we are viewing it from the roof top deck.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique because we stay there on occasion, so it feels like someone’s home rather than a full time rental. The roof top deck is so awesome. Hardly any of the neighbors use theirs so it has a private feeling.
