Welcome to unit 515 at Top of the Gulf!

This cozy condo has large windows with an amazing view overlooking the pool and the Gulf of Mexico! It's perfect for a small family, romantic getaway or a solo trip to relax. This condo is located on the 5th floor of the building facing the ocean and sleeps up to 4 people with a queen bed and a sofa with a pull out trundle as well as a full bathroom. We provide everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The kitchen has the usual appliances, dishes, pot/pans, and utensils---all the comforts of home to cook a family meal. This unit has a queen bed and a sofa with a trundle. Besides the beautiful view, we have a nice 65" smart TV!

There is a fitness center located on the 3rd floor, game room located on the 6th floor, shuffle board, and an internet lounge located on the 1st floor. There are coin operated laundry facilities on every other floor (2nd, 4th, 6th, & 8th). There is newly upgraded free WiFi that works throughout the complex.

Large pool with a kiddie pool just steps from the beach!

Besides looking at the emerald waters from our condo, there are three balconies on the 5th floor with Adirondack chairs you can use to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf!

The complex is located on South Thomas Drive just minutes away from the best of PCB dining, signature golf courses, deep-sea fishing, night clubs, water and amusement parks, miniature golf, and gift shops. Major grocery stores and retailers are also within a 5-10 minute drive. Top of the Gulf is full of fun family-friendly amenities that will be sure to make your vacation one-of-a-kind.

**Top of the Gulf charges a fee of $30.00 cash for only 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands. Visit the on-site HOA main office during office hours upon arrival to purchase. Additional pay to park offsite is available**

Amazing vacation

We loved our stay at Top of the Gulf! The condo was perfect for our needs and we appreciated the beach chairs and the umbrella being included! Also the coffee and snacks! Every turn to get to our room had amazing views!! We loved being so close to the beach and also 2 State parks. We came to relax and that's exactly what we did, thank you!!

Just what we needed

We loved everything about this cute condo! It comfortably slept all 4 of us with plenty of room ! And all the little touches were so nice. All the sand toys you could think of, beach chairs, plenty of towels and even the coffee pods! We absolutely loved it!

Two week getaway!

The views from the condo are spectacular! The beach was right on the property and very clean. The host was very nice and answered emails very quickly. About the only negative thing was having to wear a wristband for two weeks.

Great Trip

My wife and I stayed 5 nights. Employees were very nice and accommodating. Ice cream and pizza shops at the end of the parking lot. Our host Jeff was was very helpful. He answers emails quickly and is very nice and easy to talk to. Thank you Jeff hope to book again with you next year.

Lovely Condo with amazing view

I absolutely loved the condo and hope to stay again. The owners have taken great care to create a comfortable and stylish place right on the beach. The view is stunning. The bed is very comfortable and the linens were of a high quality. Plenty of towels and beach gear. Loved the condo building. It is not one of the giant high-rises - much more friendly and less crowded. I enjoyed the free use of the beach chair and of the umbrella as well. Sadly, Hurricane Helena interrupted my stay and I had to leave two days early. Great communication with owner.

Love the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Top of the Gulf. It’s an older facility but has been really well kept! The pool area was great!! All of the staff were very accommodating! The only reason we gave it an overall rating of 4 stars is because of the mattress on the bed and day bed. The day bed is worse than the queen bed. The queen bed needs box springs and that may help. If you have any kind of back issues, you will have issues with the beds. There also needs to be a chair other than the chairs at the table to sit on.

I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the queen bed mattress, its a Tuft and Needle and I actually had a few guests ask me about it to purchase for themselves. As for the sofa/trundle, we're planning to replace those mattresses in the off season. We can see if we can put another chair in there instead of the bean bag chair in the corner, but the size of the condo can be a factor.

Fantastic stay!!!

The reviews I saw prior to my stay stay was absolutely accurate! Anything you need for your stay is available and very convenient. The property manager, is very informative, and communicates with you when needed. They have extra incentives such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that is way better than any other place I have stayed. Very good products in your room, and it is so clean. There is also plenty of pillows, blankets, and also cookware for you to use just in case. I have zero complaints about this place. They also had toys for children for the beach, and that made it so much easier than buying them. I am still in disbelief of how amazing my trip was so easily impacted by an amazing room. Also, even though there is no balcony, the view is still amazing!! I love how updated everything was!! The owner of this property definitely put a lot of love into this place. I will definitely be back to stay at this location on my next trip. So very impressed!!!!

Everything you need for a nice vacation

I booked this condo for my parents to go on vacation but they ended up not being able to go, so I went instead. The condo was clean and the owners provided all the details about the condo and had all of the amenities you would need for an enjoyable stay. I had a crazy incident with the door, in which I contacted the owner, Jeff about. I was actually glad it was me there and not my parents lol. Jeff immediately responded, was patient with me, and helped me by taking care of the issue within the hour, to which I had no problems after it had been resolved. I was impressed with the beautiful condo and amazing location just steps to the beach and with a gorgeous view from the window. The beach chairs were a bonus. Thank you! All of this was important, but I was also very impressed with communication by the owners. I do recommend this condo and these owners for anyone wanting to visit PCB.

Beautiful view, but tight

The view from the room was amazing, we especially loved the large side window. However, the space was just too small for 4 people, in my opinion. We had two adults, a teenager and my 10 year old. The pull out couch is really a trumble bed and the couch part was horribly creaky. Every time my husband moved it woke us up. Also, since the trundle sat on the floor he got up in the night, tripped over it and fell. There was no walkway. The bathroom was tiny. We didn’t have anywhere to hang up wet swimsuits or towels. The place was decorated nicely and management was very quick to respond when I let them know the door code wasn’t working. We were just given a code and no other instructions, but apparently we were supposed to know it was hit “lock” door code hold “lock” for 2 seconds). It didn’t work half the time anyway. I wouldn’t plan on four people staying here, two maybe three.

Hi Sarah I'm sorry the condo didn't meet your expectations. It is a small condo (457 sq ft ) so space is a consideration. You can move the bottom trundle of the couch all the way out if it makes it easier. Based on your feedback about the lock we will update our instructions to provide more clarity.

Just like the photos - clean, beautiful view and close to everything!

My boyfriend and I needed some time away from work so we took a short trip to PCB. We stayed at the property for a couple of days and couldn't have been more thrilled. The view is amazing, you're steps away from the beach and the room came stocked with everything we needed for our getaway. And while we didn't use everything that was there, if you needed it, there's beach chairs, floats, sand castle making gear, etc. There were plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels too. The coffee table is pretty big and it's also glass so I moved it to the side during our stay. I know my clumsy self and saw it a bit more in the way (while being kind of invisible) than I would have liked. But, I just moved it to the side and kept on with my day. There isn't a private balcony but there are several shared ones right around the corner that never had anyone on them so it was like your own, big balcony. The condo has plenty of parking and it's easy to find. You do have to pay $30 to park and to get your wristband, but that was an easy five minute process. The bands just let neighbors and crew know you're staying there and not just someone wondering the property. Jeff, the host was VERY prompt in answering any questions I had. Terry at the front desk was super nice and Kenny on the beach was as well. The only slightly negative I would say is that the floors could have been cleaner. It's hard in Florida, I know that, but that would probably be the only negative. All-in-all, I would give it a 5-star and stay again in a heartbeat! If you're wanting a beachfront property with a good view that's close to everything, then this is the place! Thanks again, Jeff! :)

Should have been Better but bad luck happens

So first off, place was great and honestly I’d come back and stay here again. 98% of it was great but the 2% was unfortunate and had an impact on the week unfortunately. Issues we had: First day the Britta purified drinking water had a leak, we filled it up and it leaked all on the floor. No issues. Contacted Jeff and he instructed to throw away.shower also had an issue and would only work on low pressure unless you or your partner would hold in a button. Again contacted Jeff but no handyman apparently could fix until the next week when we were gone so had to deal with that. Elevators broke (both) during the trip and one was down for most of the duration. Not an issue for property owner but considering we got stuck in the elevator for roughly 15 minutes, it still left a bad taste in our mouth. Girlfriend had to use an inhaler to get up 5 flights of stairs one night, again just annoying. Both were fixed by the end of the week. No dishwasher tablets left so unable to finish that prior to departure. Air was overall just “ok”. Normally you can get room temp down to under 70 but unable to do so here. Minor things that made the trip less than enjoyable but not all was on the owners. The shower not working all week was why it lost the star. Great location. Loved the area. Beaches were even better. Second day elevator stopped

Thanks for the feedback Josh. Apologies in the delay in getting a replacement showerhead- the 3 handyman I use were either out of town or tied up on larger projects prepping for the pending hurricane. I know you rightfully pointed out that the elevator issues aren't something I have control over and the HOA had the elevator company repair them, but I fully understand the hassle of being stuck in the elevator and having to use the stairs while carrying things. I'm glad you'd be willing to stay here again. Please message me when you're looking to book as we always give discounts to repeat guests and I would give you an additional discount to try to offset some of the inconveniences you had during your stay!
