A leisurely stroll takes you to the beach, the new park, dining and shopping. Plus, there is a community pool on-site with a nice deck for lounging in the sun, the South Forest Beach bike path is just outside the front door, and there is a stop for the FREE Hilton Head Island trolley on Deallyon Ave should anyone prefer a quick shuttle ride to the beach.

Designed with your enjoyment and comfort in mind, 4 Beach Arbor features a bright, open living area with slider to the balcony, dining area with seating for 6, and a fully-equipped kitchen with laundry closet. There is also a conveniently located half-bath on the main level. Upstairs is where you will retreat to the two bedrooms for an afternoon nap or peaceful evening's rest. Bedroom one has a comfy king-sized bed with en suite bath and sliders to the balcony. Bedroom two has a full over full with a trundle pull-out. There is also a second full en suite bath on the second floor.

As lovely as this villa is, you didn't schedule a beach vacation to stay inside, right? There are so many island adventures that await you. As mentioned previously, you will find conveniently located amenities within a short walk or bike ride, such as Coligny Plaza filled with pubs, restaurants, shopping and other activities. Great spring break location!

We stayed over spring break and this was a great location. Short walk to Coligany and the beach. The property was well stocked and we enjoyed our stay.

Cleanest Vacation Rental

We had a wonderful stay this past week. The home was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. And the neighbors were wonderful! We look forward to renting this property again in the future!

Great get away!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this villa!! Close to the beach but far enough away from super crowded Coligny. It was clean, updated and cozy. Host to Coast homes was great to rent from. I will definitely be renting properties from them from now on. They had all the essentials in the villa and welcomed us with a note and some goodies. Only issue we had was the wasps on the deck. So be cautious when you go outside.

Beautiful 4 Beach Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was the perfect amount of space for a family of five. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the short bike or car ride to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the array of board games kept at the condo and spent quality time playing them late into the night on several nights. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!!
