Dirty Dirty Dirty
Dirty, overrated.
The unit was not cleaned when we arrived…. Here is what we found.
1. The garbages were not emptied.
2. The floor was not vacuumed or swept.
3. The hamper was filled to the brim with used towels and bedding.
4. The bedding was not changed. There were napkins inside the sheets in one of the beds.
5. We had to wash and change the bedding and found a urine stained mattress pad underneath.
6. There were used mugs and spoons on the counter in the kitchen.
7. Random towels in the washer and dryer.
8. Both vacuums did not work- instead they shot out dust.
9. The vents appeared clogged and dirty.
10. The pillows on the pull out couch are stained.
11. We had to purchase our own clean (not brown) pillows at Walmart-Mart.
12. The dirt and amount of dust under the couches and beds were disgusting.
13. We cleaned the unit and changed the bedding, but this unit needs a thorough cleaning, even the walls in the bedrooms were dirty.
14. The glass window in the master bedroom needs to be replaced.
15. The windows were filthy.
16. Black hair was left in showers/ tub.
17. Bathrooms are small.
18. Floors need to be steamed and waxed.
19. Children’s wagon was dirty and broken. Unable to use. We will not be staying at this place again. Although the decor was pretty, we were not satisfied. The property manager was nice and tried to be helpful.
